As a first time home buyer, don’t forget your everyday stuff you don’t typically think about on your first grocery shopping- the stuff you rarely buy but will need-- milk, sugar, flour, seasonings, ketchup, mustard, Mayo, pickles, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, peanut butter, jelly, syrup, shortening, rice, baking powder, baking soda, etc... I know you already have you other essentials of toilet paper and different soaps. I seen that video. But when I moved out. I had no idea I would spend over $400 on my FIRST grocery haul of things I never realized I use occasionally because my parents always had it stocked. I wish I knew that before hand! I would’ve prepared better for that haul. Only reason I knew was because that was my welcome gift from my dad! My dad filled the dry pantry and his mom filled the fridge/freezer for us. I don’t remember exactly how much it all was. I think around $400 for just us two. That was four years ago....

The weird little toolset is an Allen wrench set. You’ll desperately need those to put furniture together! Don’t loose them!

They are called "Allen wrenches" mainly for furniture and shelves, but most things come with the allen wrenches, good luck girls you will figure it all out, lots of family to help!

Those are called Hex keys or Allen Wrenches .... You will know what they are used for when you run across a screw that's odd looking at the top ... You tighten it down using whatever one fits it ... Lots to learn gal's and your both eager to learn ... Your parents did a great job raising the both of you !! ❤ ❤

Also you guys should bring your stockings you guys brought and keep until next Christmas to decorate. I hope you both can go out and say good bye to your grandma, Destiny, Dylan and some friends before you both move out because i know your parents are sad already from when they said you both moving out! Will you do vlogs and moving out videos?? Also when Chyntia finishes school she could open a mini salon so she could do nails to some people in the valley! it's a good idea to earn some money and help with the new house :)

Those mini pans are also SUPER great for making mini meatloaf squares (great for meal prepping too!) blueberry/banana bread, pizza squares and so much more. We use them every Sunday when we meal prep for the week because you can do multiple meals in them. Awesomeness!

I think this weird Kitchen tool is for putting out food out of a big tin for example a piece of cake or something like that 😅❤️ (hope that was correct English cause I’m german)

Hi girls...I am so excited for you to start your next chapter in your lives... As for the "bent" looking spatula (its not a masher or at least not one I have ever seen) I have one as well and I honestly don't know what it's technically for but I have always used mine for my Mexican lasagna or casseroles...the bent spatula works great for anything you have to get out of a deep dish or pan that you dont want to use a spoon for....I hope that helps you a little bit And the best potato masher I have ever used is a hand mixer...

I'd love it if yall did a budgeting video, your parents did one back in the day and went into how they could afford everything.

The tools are Allen keys, very useful to have. The kitchen facet can be used to mash potato or serve casseroles if you don't want much gravy with it. Btw you can get 2 different types of mashers.

The one tool is called an Alan Key and Cynthia was correct... it is used on a lot of bed frames. And the other tool you were confused about I think is for starting a hole. You put it where you need to get a screw in and tap with a hammer. Which starts the hole and then you can put the screw in.

Cynthia if you want your hair to be healthy and you still use a lot of curling irons and eat stuff in it there's certain sprays that you can buy that are heat better heat resistance that helps your hair stay healthier when you use Heat

9:05 Yeah you can also use it in anything that you want to be soft. My mom uses it to smash potatoes and my grandma uses it to cook a traditional meal called 'Harees'. It's like cracked wheat mixed with seasoned meat and by using this type of spoon the texture becomes more like soup by breaking the meat and the wheat beans. also, my brother once had surgery and my mom used to smash every food he eats with this soon so it's easier for him to swallow lol. I hope I helped.

the only thing i can think of for that strange spatula is serving stuff out of flat, rectanular shape pans.

you can use it as a potato masher (very old school version) but you can use it to help flip pancakes and other such things

also im pretty sure the tool in your box is an allen key set. Theyre basically for tightening screws into their holes and theres loads of different ones for different sizes
