I'm rooting for bagnaia in the championship but even I felt for Martin at the end. Poor dude led 26 1/2 laps of a 27 lap race and finished 5th 😂. I honestly thought he had saved it just well enough until the gap was half a second at the start of the last lap. I do wonder what made him take the risk though. Even though I'm only an armchair specialist it did seem an unnecessary risk to make picking the soft when he was starting on pole and ahead of bagnaia anyway.
J Martin was unlucky not to win but rode very well imo , Miller has been consistent in good starts but has a problem with consistency imo , still PI has to be the best track in the world
Really was a tremendous race. I really was upset the Martin was not able to finish it out. I want him to close the gap just so each race has so much importance
