I had pretty low expectations, but it's an awesome layout with lots of passing opportunities. Damn fine effort for a debut meeting. Ducati didn't have the advantage of terabytes of data over everybody that they have on the regular circuits. I think that levelled the field.

Fabio is very good. Hopefully yamaha can do something about their bike. I personally think they should go for a v4 engine.

That would certainly be interesting, sadly their brand image is so mixed one with the CP crank that it seems unlikely

I hope he does, it would be interesting to see what he can do on the Ducati but it's better for the sport if he stays at Honda

honda/yamaha staying in the sport . They are just looking for a handout /welfare that they do not deserve . Hire better engineers / build better bikes = Stop whining/crying

Why....?? It did not harm another Riders race in any way. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to be bound with leathers, gloves, boots and helmet in heat and humidity like they were in India this weekend..? Yours is not a comment made out of experience, I can tell...

@@markjohnson5847 After competing in local WERA Club Racing Events in the mid 80's, I am well aware of the Rules about Rider Safety. But I seem to remember that Fabio Quatararo did something similar during a GP in 2022 or 2021 and he was not penalized for it... Before this event began the oppressive heat ♨️ and humidity 💨 was discussed and they said more than one rider said that this race would prove to be an extreme event because of the weather. 🤔♨️
