Well we are back at it with another cook week..why do I feel like I used this same line in my last one? but anyways I do hope you enjoy, we had a few new dishes that I have never tried before and they were a HIT which is such a good feeling.

lasagna soup: 10:09

Amish oatmeal 10:48
1½ cup oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1½ cup milk
3 tbsp marg
1 egg
1 tsp b powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Combine ingredients, bake at 300 for 25 mins or until edges are brown

Note: I found this and its very similar to ours, I didn't want to share ours it doesn't really have measurements, its just a guide and for those that are still new or not yet comfortable in the kitchen I figured this would be easier for you.

cottage cheese perogies (traditional meal) 16:00
dough:
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp veggies oil
2/3 cup water
3 cup flour
add first 4 ingredients use enough flour so that sides of bowl become clean.
filling:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup onions
2 cups dry cottage cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon
saute onions in butter, combine all ingredients until they hold together, make perogies add 2 tbsp filling into 3 inch rounds pinch edges to seal.
fry in oil on 350 degrees until golden brown serve with syrup and cream.
Chicken balls 16:75
1/8 cups milk
5/2 cups chicken
2 Cups flour
Pinch pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp marg, melted
4 eggs
Mix wet, sift in dry ingredients, drop by tablespoon in 300 degrees fryer until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Baked rice 16:75
2 5/8 cups soup
2 cups rice
3 ½ TBS oil
1½ TB soya sauce
1 ½ TB soup base 7 TBS celery
7 TBS onions
7 TBS peppers
Bake covered at 350 stirring every half hour until ready, ready being the way you want it.
