I agree, I really expected them to return in rise. Zamites but no Zamtrios? And I figured the verticality of the hunters move list in rise would help hit Gammoths head and back. Oh well maybe in wilds.

Looking at the size of Windward Plains, Gammoth should definitely have the room to exist in a snowy locale

I wish Gammoth is the first monster we see when they show the snow map

Alright, because the other comment section about this topic was very aggressive. Do tell. How exactly do you implement a momster that is pretty much a lot more basic than the raptors? The only things they could give it that was not already in MHGU would be more trunk attacks. More ice attacks? Just snowball trees. Oh wait, thats banbaro. How about using icicles? No, it cant make them. I genuinely want to know how people think this thing can be anything other than a high rank monster

@@cykogamer6369 the same este they keep implementing Rathalos and Rathian on each game without feeling repetitive or boring Additions to the moveset, redesigning her fight, new attacks Let's have in mind Gammoth and Elderfrost' attributes Let's keep Elderfrost' Ice Ball attack alongside the snow Armor on her legs (SB astalos had Boltreaver moves so this Is possible Let's keep the Giant size to Make her stand in a unique Way compared with other monsters and to Make her mount be as epic as possible Trunk attacks, leg stomp, Ice / snow attacks with her tusks, maybe some Sort of Frozen air / ice beam with her Trunk outside of the suction attacks she used to have, and why not? A bit of Speed increase for her, nothing Is scarier than a Giant that can move fast But since I'm no Monster designer, I can't do a better job than capcom's big minds that kept improving monsters each game I just want to see my favorite monster back

also my personal theory/headcanon is that the reason gammoth joins popo herds is a mix of higher baby survival chances but also they have similar migration paths (migrating around the mountains to find more food)

nah, i played mhgen and the hunt is the second least aids out of the fated 4 (astalos on top since its peak in every way) they could tweak out gammoth perfectly to fit in a newer mh game, just like they massively improved tigrex hun from old to new gen

just about every person's returning list has gammoth on it, wouldn't say it's a small group. Saying it can't be fixed is just being negative

You’re wrong btw. Gammoth deserves to comeback over a lot of monsters.

Isn't it better to fix her rather than bring back the same monsters..????
