I was a member of Haqqislam's High Command (Commander Name: Sireen Barakat, Danger Rose in later campaigns). Very early in the campaign, before any leadership was decided, a player by the name of [REDACTED] strongly advocated for us to take Narooma. At the time, Yu Jing reports were starting to pile up there, so we thought it would be a good idea, only to have the Nomads take over TianXang. When [REDACTED] never interacted with us again, it became clear we had infiltrators. That's when Haqqislam High Command was created and voted on by all participating players. We then moved to Discord and brought all our more active players (The Swords of the Prophet) to properly coordinate and make desicions far away from prying eyes. To this day we still communicate through that channel, and I'm extremely happy with the friendships we forged that campaign.

Spy stories within spy stories, that's fun ^^. Also, that player could have tried to simulate some grief over your "bad luck" and try to keep up his cover longer, it would have made for at least another chance to ruin your plans. Glad you managed to safeguard from further infiltrations, though.

I remember that. The fighting for TianXang that followed was insane. All the campaigns were fun.

For some reason, the cheating problem makes this even more interesting. It seems like there are already a ton of coverups and propaganda within the infinity universe, and cheating to change the results of the campaign seems like something that would happen in-universe too. Haha Interesting..

I'm always glad to learn more lore, expecially when the Neocolonial Wars are involved (having started with N3, the info are very few and hard to find in the manuals). Really a nice video, keep up the good work 👍🏻.

It's always interesting to hear about global campaigns in games, even if they are always a cluster. They always seem to go horribly wrong with corruption/cheating/lopsided odds, but it's always fun to hear about.

Are you going to make videos for the other campaigns? Looking into the factions and their actions is a very interesting snapshot of faction identity. Alliances, betrayals, and "wars" that sometimes go against or with Corvus Belli's ideas as the community gradually took over the narrative from CB. This really started in Wotan, and by Asteroid Blues, the community controlled the narrative over CB.

Excellent job, love the content. I think Corvus Belli should officially hired you to be the main person to keep up the lore. I believed the company can tied up all the Infinity products, miniatures and RPG with a more specialized dedicated web tab/page with just lore. A space with stories, events results, etc to reflect the "living" advancement of the universe throughout storytelling. I know they have a space already, but it needs to be upgraded and better organized for newcomers and veterans alike. With better continuity not just in books or little pieces here and there.
