It certainly gets us more than suburban Chicago. I paid 1100 a month for a studio and it didn’t have a washer/dryer in unit and carpet. Hardwood floor apartments costed more. I had to go to the first floor to wash clothes. Here we finally have a washer/dryer in unit.
