Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Trust your gut. Oh man I wish I paid more attention in the beginning. 6 months in started having gut issues I thought it was because I was eating foods I would have normally (his kind of foods). 5 years later I'm sick and finding myself at a gastroenterologist to figure out what's wrong. Long story short I started breaking away and gastro issues are disappearing.

Everything you said about leaving the relationship is spot on. The smear campaign against both the partner and the person, the crazy confrontation in public, the years of court battles for child custody that resulted in supervised visitation, then eventually parental alienation. To this day (6 years later) she is still hoovering and triangulating the kids even though she has no real want for the kids and the father to have a relationship. Like dangling a carrot.

Sane here. I had to put 400 mines between us. He acted like he wanted out, but when I finally left him and he saw or thought I had feelings, he went ballistic nearly killed me. Had to get an Injunction. I was shocked as he acted like he didn't love me or care. He went on for years hence moving.

You mentioned, if they have touched you, they think you are theirs, obviously narc-creepiness and absurdity. What if they never did? I am hoping the answer is they don't feel the psychopathic possession if they never got anywhere physically. It makes no sense not to leave someone alone who wants to be left alone. I don't understand how the narcissist, who hates rejection, consistently sets himself (herself) up for rejection.

I don’t think you know how much you have made an impact on my life. I am truly grateful for you. When I was in fear after he left it was your videos that brought me out of it. The more I learned about how they work and the possible ways to get me and my kids out of this situation the better I felt. I was aware I was dealing with a narcissist for years but had to stay because of the kids. I still have to deal with him for awhile but my fear is almost gone every time I deal with him. I call my son the narc whisperer because he almost always can predict what he will do next. It’s kind of a fun game now, what will narcy do next? Had this happen. Ex narc, dumped me. Now saying he knows I was talking to my new partner the whole time we were together. And tried telling me he heard my new partner beats women….and thirdly defacing me on Facebook telling his friends she left me (when he’s the one that ended it) for someone else. He’s reached out several times flip flopping between I’m sad , I miss you and will always love you to, you are trash and I never meant anything to you, you just used me. Lee you are spot on. I’m eight months narc free but still watch your videos every day…it keeps me strong. Because stupidly I do miss him at times, i have some great memories. Thanks for the great video ❤

Mine left me alone. Even told me to move on that he doesn’t care at all. He wants nothing to do with me. He doesn’t even speak with me or even look at me. He comes once or twice a week to pick up our son and that’s it.

He cheated, came home a totally different person. I didn’t recognize him anymore. We barely lived together for 5 months and I left him for good. First child for the both of us too. Lee my husband had weird jealously. All I had to do was leave the house to go to the mailbox and he would accuse me of trying to get attention just being outside walking. I rememberPutting groceries in my grocery cand someone handed me a bag to put in the cart it was a male and he punished me forPutting the bag in the cart. I would ask people a man maybe at Whole Foods to get an item on the top shelf I'm only 5 foot 2 and he would get furious if I talk to any male. But also when we went in the store he would disappear he just ruined the experience of enjoying getting healthy beautiful food. He would disappear and then like he would set it up so that i'd have to talk to someone and then he would get angry and rage at me. Get really cold and then get give me the silent treatment. It's just that doesn't seem right to me. It was very similar and I even said that to my husband you're have a dog and someone comes to see you they can be territorial and my mother's job used to nip her if she hugged somebody. Otherwise the dog was beautiful but that's animal behavior that's how he acted he literally would bite me not really I just mean it was as if he bit me like a pitbull his eyes bulging out of his headAnd just screaming at me. I have so many stories I want to contact you one of these days because I had a really bad case Severe because he is this is very true a literal psychopath the worst malignant narcissist but even further than that.

It's hard for me to believe that he would ever be jealous I just I think what I was trying to say is my interpretation of jealousy it's fear of losing someone I love if you know insecure. I believe what he was was territorial or controlling. I was only an object Or ThingThat he has contempt for. In my case it's hard to believe that he would Have any sadness if I was happy when Once he lost control and I wasn't around He just moved on directly and he filed for divorce when I wouldn't let him control me anymore. Hope you don't mind me sharing hiMy situation I lost a lot of people friends family members due to my toxic relationship with my ex. I "broke up" with a Narc friend. He took about a month and change to hoover me on my birthday. I took the bait and replied. Wrong move. When i explained i had someone new in my life? All i got was "Oh, you have bf now." And our dialogue got dry after that. He did the slow fade on me, left my texts to get cold, and never replied to me when i said we should meet up to chat. I understood right away that he most likely felt that he didn't have the space in my life anymore to overvalue him and overestimate him like i used to. When a Narc sees you move on? It triggers the shit out of them.

(I have been single for years now, since he left for the current supply.) I honestly think if I do meet someone else he will create problems for me despite what he says about not "caring". He also accuses me of wanting to cheat with a “mutual” male friend we have. Our friend is our friend because I saved his life on Christmas Day in 2017. He always sexualizes everything! I bought your children's book and my son loves it. He's been very emotionally affected by his father (its a very hostile co-parenting situation) and this has been helping him learn that the hostility isnt his fault and hearing it from an additional source other than myself has given him such reassurance because the book makes him feel like other kids experience his feelings too and he isn't alone. My ex Narc has been trying to break me and my girlfriend for the last 2 years texting her all hours of the night from spam numbers texting her with lie after lie its sad because we know my ex narc is a whole coward because my girlfriend has never met her in life and the narc is texting her as if they are friends and thia has been going on for 2 years she's obseessed with us and the crazy thing is ive been done with the narc going on 4 years im shocked because that nut job still wants to be in my business and telling anyone dumb enough to believe her that i messed her life up the only way that could have happened is if all her lies about me came out

My ex slashed all four of my tires at my house even though I had a PTO in place. I had company over the night before. I actually saw him walking away from my property the next morning. It had been six months since I ended the relationship. I had to buy four new tires.

Found my wife of 19 years cheating while i was taking care of my elderly mother who had an accident and came out of it with early onset Alzheimers. The"guy" was married, and 16 years older than her. So basically she turned into an escort over night. I got my boys, left, and sent her paperwork. She didn't even know i knew about her cheating. She destroyed so many people in several families by her actions. Asked me to work it out 9x. I always said yes. Then she'd only last a few days and ghost. My oldest is 14. He said "Dad, went do you always tell Mom yes"? I said "Well son, i love your Momma, probably always will. But, I know she isn't serious. But if I say no, she'll just tell everyone how she tried and tried and I turned her down" I wouldn't giving her the satisfaction. Granted, I was deeply trauma bonded. But i realized she wanted to make not only her cheating, but everything else my fault as well.

I heard mine got back with her ex before me. The guy she swore to me it ended badly and she it was totally over. The same guy she was chatting to behind my back…. and didn’t tell him she was with me for months. It was dodgy and she was so dodgy about it. When I heard she was with him I laughed. I wasn’t surprised, I felt vindicated and thought, “he can have her.” Maybe she’ll stop her weird stalking behaviour of me now. I do wonder how long until she screws him over too.

Chile the smear campaign started because he thought I was going to release those embarrassing pictures of him and his mistress that actually came through our oldest son’s IPhone. Yep, that’s how he got caught cheating, again 😏. The fact that people actually believe him though 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😏 Then got the nerve to have our boys in the car while stalking me.
