@@HiEmmaNicole As far as I know a lot of homes from the 1950's through the 90's had carpet over hardwood. And yeah, I thought the red carpet worked better with the time period.

BUT they did get crazy with carpet, I recently just watched a home remodel from this period and they showed examples from the era ... these people went crazy with all carpet everything. 😅 they were carpetting up the bathroom, man. THE BATHROOM. if you were poor you only put carget strap on's on the top of the toilet, on the lid, as well as on the toilet seat. 😢 and around the base of the toilet they placed a rug that hugged the toilet. 🤢🤮 their bathrooms must have smelled so nasty, 24/7. like carpet in the dining area turns me off.. but in the bathroom and on the toiletttt mannn? no just no. 😂 so way too much wood, panelled walls and thick wooden furniture, amd brase and gold... then thicc boi shaggy rugs covered everything. i was watching this remodel utterly repulsed shock. i looked it up later n yep.. it was just really bad in most everyday homes as well as in the super ecentric - like greazy record label owners homes. Then, randomly others did it were it wasnt so bad

People have different tastes in different shows. She likes these shows and it’s her channel so she can post what she likes. She might not like Family Guy either
