I'm usually a silent viewer (a person who watches, but does not interact much outside of liking a video or subscribing), but I wanted to comment and say how much I appreciated this reading. I chose Pile 3. For a few months now, I've become aware of many aspects and negative thought/action patterns in my life. For majority of the years I spent in school, a lot of the reasoning behind my actions was fear-based and rooted in insecurity; I would do things because I was afraid of how someone would view me (such as an authority figure, like a parent or teacher), and often stretch myself thin trying to impress everyone to get validation that I could be successful and worthy of being loved. This led me to allowing others to take advantage of me, which furthered this idea in my head that I wasn't worthy of good things (also, it was due to me not respecting myself enough to hold boundaries); it also made me afraid of my feelings because I had done so many things based on negative emotions (i.e. fear and anxiety), and I had a hard time experiencing/processing positive feelings (mostly because I grew up thinking I didn't deserve happiness). Part of what I am going through now is recognizing that I am as worthy and deserving of good things as the next person (I used to cry whenever someone told me they were proud of me - now I don't), and that I should not be afraid to speak the truth to myself and embrace all parts of me (especially the aspects that need healing). I have also gotten closer to my spiritual practice and have not felt this happy in a long time. Sure, there are growing (spiritual) pains, but looking back, I've made so much growth since I was a kid and I'm happy I'm still here. I'm also grateful for those in my close circle who I can lean on and confide in when I need to.
