I go through the essential items that made my rhinoplasty (nose job surgery) recovery all the more easier and comfortable. The mouth gel I used was "Biotene Dry Mouth Relief Oral Balance Moisturising Gel 42g".
Happy to answer any questions you may have :)
Disclaimer: These items are based on my personal experience. I am not a medical professional. Ask your surgeon/doctor for advice relating to your personal circumstances, or if you are unsure about anything.

Thanks for your honesty. I was just about to buy a Humidifier from Amazon but now I'm not sure 🤔 I'll survive either way!!😂

To be honest I discussed everything with my surgeon and he did not want me to do anything apart from drinking a lot of water and I’m like watching all of this RU-vid videos about all the things that you might need but it’s like they don’t really advise you to do anything apart from suffering!!😂 May I ask why did you do your surgery? I am doing mine because I can’t breathe from one nostril due to a deviation of my septum And also I have a very ethnic nose That doesn’t suit my face!

Hahaha drink lots of water. It was a cosmetic decision for me :) I cover my ‘why’ in more detail in another video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g2bupESFSYc.html

thank u for ur videos regarding ur nose job!! it’s super helpful. im scheduled to have my rhinoplasty in a month with Dr Mark Baldwin also. I had a few questions, If u don’t mind answering. 1) did u throw up at any time? i have major emetophobia and am so so scared of vomiting. 2) did u take a lot of pain killers? Dr Baldwin advised me to try and take less pain killers because of my emetophobia, but did they help a lot? 3) how long did it take to go back to work etc. 4) did u find all the pain and recovery worth it? are u happier now I have been wanting to get my nose done for so long, im quite nervous but also excited thank you

Hi, thanks for reaching out! And how exciting for you!! I’ll answer in corresponding numbers: 1) I did not throw up at any point. I don’t remember feeling nauseous either but maybe discuss this with your doctor and they might recommend anti-nausea tablets to have on hand just in case you need them? 2) I certainly had a lot left over, but I took them as needed. I found my healing was more discomfort than actual pain, though yes sometimes there was random pains so I would take something for it 3) I went back to work after 2 weeks I believe. I have an office job so it’s not very physical at all 4) yes, I am very happy with my choice. It was the worst not being able to breathe out your nose whilst recovering, but I would do it all over again even knowing the two weeks of inconvenience/discomfort
