Michael, you probably live in a nice neighborhood and don't care much to branch out of it. All of the neighborhood names that Mr. Leung mentioned are very well known by myself and almost everyone I speak to. . . . especially San Mateo Natives. I've been here since 2001.
@@rumdoullu8500 you've earned a gold star, congratulations! Also, what does a rich neighborhood have to do with anything in this conversation? I grew up in the Hillsdale Gardens, I'm sure you heard of it since you know everything about San Mateo, right?
@@michaelporter4497 why so angry and defensive? There’s been a lot of development in San Matro in recent years, and just because *you* haven’t heard of them doesn’t mean that those San Mateo neighborhoods don’t exist. SMH, what an arrogant attitude. Like you are more up to date on San Mateo real estate than an actual real estate agent.
@@d.nakamura9579 lol did I say I knew more than a realtor? Having a pretty boring day, huh? I'm from the Hillsdale Gardens, and no, I haven't heard of neighborhoods like the Eastern Addition ever in my life. Real natives will tell you about neighborhoods like Shoreview, Downtown, Parrot Dr., Laurelwood, Laurie Meadows, Hayward Park, The Village, Norfolk, La Selva, etc. Take your transplant ass back to Ohio
Pro #5 will be disappearing as soon as the mall owner can redevelop to high rise mixed use buildings. :( The affordability factor will never change since market rate units (or slightly below market) are the money pot du jour, coupled with the fact that commercial continues to be approved and filled with employees who can afford said market rate units.
Parkplace Apartments in San Mateo are full of mold and very dangerous. If you are considering living in this beautiful area, I would read the reviews on Park Pl., Apartments in San Mateo on yelp. Because I would never want anybody to go through the illness, the financial loss, and the mental health issues that followed living in that apartment complex. This is happened to multitude of people . ❤🙏🏼
Hi hi! I am considering making a move out there for a project out there with my current company. My husband and I along with our dog would move out there for 1 to 3 years, and we want to live in downtown so we can walk to most places. Do you have any recommendations for apartments/rentals in the area for
