Outstanding presentation! Thank you so much. It was more comprehensive and helpful than any doctor or PT I’ve been to in the last ten months of suffering from my dual knee pain.

Much relief after going through this stuff ru-vid.comUgkx-ip-9JdKgYMhubLnEjt3OXJkFyS4D2Jd Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

Thank you, James Watson, for this excellent video on Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. You explained the condition, recovery, and long term care very clearly and thoroughly. I learned a lot from your presentation and I appreciate your expertise and advice. This is the most comprehensive explanation of this condition I have ever seen. You are a great physical therapist and a wonderful teacher. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and helping people with this condition. I was diagnosed with this syndrome last week, and your video has brought me so much hope. Blessings.
