Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for this very very very clear and very satisfactory presentation. I am a retired professor of physics. I found your approach very very friendly and totally in line with physical laws
have a question at 17min19seconds in video there is a slide says: Risk stratification is critical and the risk of dying of prostate cancer within 15 years of diagnosis ranges from 0% to 65%, Is this for UNTREATED prostate cancer or for people who had prostatectomy or radiation?? just asking because I have Gleason 4+3 and with my PSA, AGE and biopsy I am capra score of 5 and have not started treatment yet, still deciding surgery or radiation SBRT. Thank you for all the information
Doctor I have been undergoing extreme pain in my prostrate for past 4 years and ultrasound and ct scan whole abdomen comes out normal and I have seen 15 urologist but they diagnose it for prostitis. This episode usually start after ejaculation now last month it felt like burst inside it pelvis bone pain and after that its feels difficult in walking and sitting which makes it severe it fells something is hanging inside pelvis with burning the pain changes from burning to like a atom bomb blasting inside pelvis and it's not stopping as i have experiencing the paing for last 4 years and would rate this from 0 to 10 as 10 highest rate, Again doctor are diagnosing for prostitis I doubt it to be cancer but doctors are refusing it and even on requesting for mri no one is ready to prescribe for mri prostate or advanced diagnosis only one doctor suggested me that there is damaged in wall of prostate which have come out . can this be treated with medicine for from surgery or is it same as cancer I am taking antibiotics as suggested in my earlier prescription but nothing is helping out PSA was around 11 no infection and no englarged prostate seen in latest radiology report of my ultrasound .
