Man i so wish tooth enamel could be grown back naturally. I chipped my molar badly in my sleep from grinding or something else and it's very irritating.
This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "natural remedies for tooth decay in toddlers" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Nelevi Gapify Elimination - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got great success with it.
Dear Dr. Mark L.Waltzer, I brushed my teeth with sensodyne toothpaste, and than I rinsed my mouth for over 2 min (more than required, which is 30 sec) with Crest pro-health no alcohol. Today, a third day passed by and I still have the feeling of a burned tongue and gums, my teeth became dull, yellowish, light brownish, there is less shine of the enamel ,I feel the upper area is very sensitive. My question is ,could I possibly damaged the enamel or some sort of erosion happened because the mouthwash was too long in my mouth., also would it have an effect on the fillings and implant crown. I thank you kindly and appreciate your respond."
Delta Dental, Dr. Mark L. Waltzer has a Dr. title, but isn't a dentist (apparently he does not have a Dr. med. dent. title). In what field did he receive his title? Thank you.
@Irish A. Can you give me some help tips, my two front teeth recently both have shocking pain when I breath, drink, eat ice cream, and I brush my teeth twice everyday but when I do I usually do it very hard with force and now I think I got myself in trouble for doing that. : (
My enamel is translucent. I’ve been trying to remineralize my enamel by using pronamel, Floride mouth wash, floss, avoid acidic foods/drinks and if I do have some I use a straw and rinse with water after consuming. Do you think this stuff will genuinely help me keep use of my teeth for a lifetime? I rly hope so...
Fluoride is actually bad for your teeth, try natural tooth paste like earth paste, fluoride is actually used to weaken the enamel over a long period of time this is so that dentist can make there money regardless
@@candacemathis9375 Fluoride protects teeth in a few different ways. One way is by strengthening the structure of the tooth for small children who are under seven years of age, which is still in the developmental stages for their teeth enamel. If the right amount of fluoride is applied during this period, the actual structure of the enamel is strengthened and becomes more resistant to acids. This means that, as the child grows, they will have teeth that are better protected right from the beginning.
I think my enamel decayed in two of my lower jaw canines at two base. One is more than the other. Further more, I see that two of my canines on the top jaw haven’t lost enamel but have damaged enamel, not lost or anything that I need to prevent. Is there a way for enamel to grow back on my lower jaw canines and also to prevent from losing enamel in my top jaw canines? I would be truly grateful for any recommendations, suggestions or treatments people.
Idk if my enamel got softened or completely fucked up. I was tryna cure these big ass canker sores in my mouth and used lemon with salt. Left the lemon in too long I guess. All for nothing cuz I still have the sores + fucked up teeth.
damn it sucks to hear this is irreversible. I just turned 15, and it’s been sensitive for quite some time. One of my teeth is very sensitive. And I believe it’s due to lemon, I had no idea about the harm, I eat lemons like apples for fun when people come over just to show how I can hold a sour face really well. I had no idea about the damage it had on me, at least I know to stop the lemon sucking. As for soda I rarely drink that, only at family gatherings. And sour candy is something I also don’t have too often. It’s the lemon. and.. oh well I guess my tooth will ache for the rest of my life.
If teeth has enamel erosion, will the tooth sooner or later just rot away? If teeth have low enamel at the tips, is their any way to stop the tooth from getting soft and creating a crater
The best way to answer these questions is to consult your dentist. They can look at your enamel and give you specific advice on how best to improve your oral health.
sir is there any way to restore my tooth enamel due to excess drink of lime juice I lost my color of teeth and it become yellowish day by day sir plz help me I'm only 16 year old and I'm afraid so much sir plz help and I'm also using senquel-f toothpaste and I want to know that is this toothpaste is good for my teeth sir plz suggests me some advice about my teeth discoloration I m really concern about it
Hi Houda, Tooth enamel cannot be replaced once it has been destroyed, but you can strengthen it when it's weak. Select a toothpaste that contains fluoride or another remineralizing ingredient and be sure you are using a soft bristled toothbrush. Also, we suggest you consult your dentist about this as well. We hope this helps! ~GW
