Well said. I hear on another site that our returning residence want to buy a 1 million USD condo and get a helper for $20 USD a day and they even dont know how disillusional they are.

Its like that everwhere. You get what you pay for. Problem is even the lower end of the real estate market in Kingston is pricey! something isnt adding up. You can find houses in Florida for the same prices and the conditions are Much Better!

Stop lying. Florida houses are paper. They blow away when little breeze blows. House insurance is sky high plus property tax and HOA are way too much. People losing their homes there because of all those expenses. Oh and the bugs my gosh they eat people alive plus the crocs. The humidity alone is terrible. The AC has to be on all the time. Florida is swamp land. Too flat.
