It seems one of my accounts has the old UI and one has the new UI. All settings are the exact same between the two! just a different location for the settings button :) Want to learn more about Print on Demand? webinars.cuonline.ca/ ALSO want 1 free month of Printify Premium: printify.grsm.io/1zf9sp85ym8p and use code "cuonline"
Let’s say I have multiple SKU’s for various designs on a listing and they are all customizable. If I change my settings on printify to manual, will I have any issues? I just want to make sure i have time to go in a customize the order.
Hi Christina, if I don't put the SKUs for the customized products on Etsy, so that they are pushed to "Other" folder on Printify: If that same product on Printify has not been published, will the order from Etsy (with no SKU) still go to "Other" folder on Printify? Or does the Printify product has to be published first for that order with no SKU from Etsy to appear in the "Other" folder on Printify?
Once you publish a product on printify, it will have an active SKU. As long as there are no SKU on the Etsy listing, then all orders of that product will go to the Other orders tab.
When we put in our credit card, does prinful automatically take the funds off our credit card? I am looking for more advice on that, and i you havent already spoke about this - what happens at tax time! The dreadful taxes in canada is brutal with Etsy - please say its not with prinful as well.
TYSM for all this info! ... the section on customization / Etsy / P'fy / SKUs is unclear. If there's not already a video expounding on that, I hope you make one. :-)
Can you tell us if we are supposed to offer combined shipping on our Etsy store? Should we offer this to customers even if let’s say sweatshirt will be from SwiftPOD and a mug will be from other printer in Printify and just eat the cost?
I offer free shipping and then add that shipping cost on my product price. This way, I get a boost for offering free shipping and also don't have to worry about the cost to fulfill each order.
Christine, if I have Printify set for 24 hours, and one order has a SKU that goes to print and one order has no SKU (say a personalized order), how do I get the Other Order to the go to print with the first one? Thanks Christine. You are saving us a lot of headaches and $$$.
You have 24 hours to edit that order in add in that new product. (or you can cancel the order for now and then put it back into production when the custom order is ready) just go to your order and hit "edit" and you can add in that second product
Your videos are ALWAYS packed with great info...Thank You!! Random Q...Any recs on womens t-shirts styles/cuts you love and sell a lot of? I think your buyers are mostly female and wondered if its more the BC3001, or styles geared toward women. Thanks in advance...You're a storehouse of knowledge!
I use BC3001 shirts since they're unisex so they also look great on women. Also a lot of buyers purchase gifts for men, so I think its best to have unisex shirts. I only offer women's cut tees (BC6004) when someone specifically asks for it.
I was wondering if someone does need to change an order within that 24 hrs, do you cancel the order and have them redo their order, or is there a way for you to change the order and it still charge them the right price?
I'd just cancel their initial order and ask them to place a new one, if you need to charge more. Then you can also cancel the 1st order on printify. If the initial order and the 2nd one costs the same, I'd just edit the order on printify and replace the product with the right one.
Thank for all the info! So if I understand correctly: if a person orders and svg file and a t-shirt (yeah weird combo shop): the svg file will go to your other orders and the t-shirt to your printify order, correct? 2nd question: what do you do with the orders in the "other orders" tab? Do you have to do anything with them at all to get the SVG + t-shirt order completed? Do you leave them there? can you delete them?
1. Just the tshirt order will be picked up :) given Printify found a matching SKU the full order will go right to print but itll just be the shirt since the SVG file isnt connected to Printify 2. You'll see others orders if an order was placed with no matching printify SKUs. So most likely orders with just an SVG will go to other orders and you can choose to delete them from Printify. But your orders with a tshirt wll be picked up and printed
3rd party platforms like etsy sync to printify so they automatically process the order with the information from etsy. You can sell without etsy, but you'll have to manually input the order info on printify.
I hadn't considered using 'Printify Choice' before. I value having a say in selecting the printer for my orders, as it helps ensure the quality of the print.
@@c.u.online Ok, it seems like the default selection for certain products, so I had selected it. But maybe I should look closer at the specific printers and choose one!
