The root cause of all the mental issues these days is internet. While there are so many benefits of it, internet has its own downsides for sure. It's our individual responsibility to use it in moderation. We will feel much better immediately and have more time than before ☺️
On Android you can set "Do Not Disturb" to come on each day automatically. Mine engages from 9pm to 6am. It knocks out all notification sounds and will allow a phone call through if the same number calls twice within a matter of minutes.

A digital detox is unnecessary if you remove the digital world from your life altogether! I don't check email. I speak to people directly. Yes, you can run a successful business without email.
Sometimes though digital is necessary for people with hearing disabilities or who are Deaf in order to to be clear and concise communication between parties.
@@schretien8714 Digital detox is for people who use digital stuff in a toxic way, which is almost all people these days. Deaf people are just as susceptible to digital addiction, and we both know it.
