my loved ones lawyer did not tell him anything about the pretrial diversion program. This program visited my loved one in the county jail before his set bond court hearing next week Wednesday? would he be released on bond then? Since they visited him yesterday Jan 11,2023. they asked him numerous questions if he has a job or pays bills? Etc
im a juvinile but i got put on the diversion program for unlawful use of vehicle and evading arrest in motor vehicle i never answer my diversion officer me and him have went back and fourth and i cussed him out he told me he was staffing my case back to the DA what will happen?

PTD is the best option even if your not guilty half the time just becuase the equiity of the possible result of being found guilty while innocent. Ita basically black mail frok the state and a money grab because they know you have to take it when the alternative is faceing potentialy a year in jail.
Innocent people don't do pretrial diversion ., Setup. Since when do you get to apply for that, basically the defendant has no options its all designed to not be in the defendant best interest, Bottom line money talks bullshit walks
