Looking at the form on the pull ups, both Larry and Blessing did the first half good and the second half badly while Andrew did the first half badly and the second half good. Neither did "full range of motion" but as Larry said it all depends on what works best for you and you can't argue that they all have a huge back. Even though I'm sure not even 20% of their back gains come from body weight pull ups.

@@AkiraTheFinnishLapphund they're not beginners they know this shit. They avoid the top of the movement to avoid using their arms and keep the tension on the back, bodybuilding style. Same with Andrew not going down fully. Active ROM
