If the worst this game has to offer is a balanced character who's a jack of all trades and does nothing badly, then that's really good. You can still play him in tournaments and win, lol. SSJ Vegeta is "Bad" by DBFZ standards, but put him in a FG game like Strive and he's top tier. Perfect balance where literally every character is in the same tier isn't feasible. As long as they're still _viable,_ then it's okay to have "Bad" characters in a FG

@vaLy Actually, Ssj Vegeta might be goated in Strive. Insane zoning, a kick that leaves him airborne for rc mix, safe jabs, 6m rc for mix too. A dp too? Ya he might be oppressive lol

You only think you're forced to play these characters because you look at the very best players in the world like Wawa and Yasha and Nitro who play them. This is how they make their living, so of course they're going to play who they think is best, but guess what? Every character is viable. Virtually every team composition is viable. Shanks has consistently made top 8 with Cell, Base Vegeta, and Janemba for well over a year. Axeice beat Nitro a month ago in a tournament using Baby, Goku Black, Ginyu, and 17. He hood perfected Yasha with Baby, Goku Black, and Ginyu. Kayne was giving Yasha the hands with his team of Teen Gohan, S Broly, and 18 on Wanted and that's not even his main team. Fenritti switched to fusions and LC21 after Worlds and did no better in his next tournament. Skill and familiarity matters just as much as the character themselves. Also, people play "Follow the leader" and just go with what works instead of exploring and finding what _they_ like. People are unoriginal AF in this game

Same for me with S Broly and Baby unfortunately he got 17 wrong I love stance based characters and as soon as I found out he could walk jump it was a wrap
