@@katherineberger6329In my opinion Italy actually created a pretty decent plane that can compete with the best of BF 109 or spitfire. The only problem is Italy didn't have the industry sufficient to make enough plane or even time to train new pilots. Basically they entered the war half-prepared and no chance to rectify the situation. As for underpowered engine, does the DB 605 considered underpowered though?

couldn't agree more with you. while I am not a fan of the Ki-27 due to its weak armament, the Ki-43 is a turn fighting god and is beyond lethal once it has its 12.7mm guns, the Ki-44 is a decent energy fighter, and the Ki-61 is somewhat of an all rounder.
Well, I don't want to be THAT guy, but those were B6N dive/torpedo bombers (which was the inspiration to the ARC-170 in the Star wars) and not A6M Zeros. Other than that, I liked the video and I like the Zeros but recently J2M2 is my favourite from that tech tree. And yes, I love the Stuka too

My favorite plane has to be the A-4E early squadron vehicle because of its good BR, speed, and turn performance when compared to other strikers. It can even outrun the sabres it gets paired with so often. Stereotypes for my plane down below, if you will

Either D.371 or D.500 as my fighter pick, because they're essentially biplanes without a pair of wings and also on absolute crack. My bomber pick would be DB-3B, as while it has a decent ordinance up to 2000kg, its essentially a heavy fighter against anyone unaware. Either that, or Pe-8 because big bomb go boom or BV 238 because whale.
i started WT with the spitfires they were the planes that cemented my hate for inline engines cant take a hit for shit once your radiator is hit your basically out of the fight because you got 3 minutes before your engine falls apart and thats why i main japan A6M5 otsu my beloved
