Having a schedule is rough. In dental, 10 patients a day, every 50 minutes. There comes a point where you have to re-schedule them. That screws you for the rest of the day. It also screws the clients. Some people have children to pick up from school etc. Don’t get sucked in. The time is “ 1:00”. Not 1:00 ish”. It’s not a suggestion, it’s a scheduled appointment. People would get mad and throw the clip board at signing a HIPPA form 😁. It’s not hard but people are miserable. So I totally get what you are saying.
