honestly for the "writing in between the lines without touching" section, my personal opinion about it, as someone who has that exact trait, is that it could be due to my learning English as my second language, instead of my primary one, Chinese. I remember reading about this in one of your previous video's comments section, usually when writing Chinese, we focus on writing it in the middle of the box (without touching the sides), so when we write in English, the words just turn out that way. Like, all of the members in my family have this exact, specific trait too so I think it could be taken into consideration. (it's wayyy easier than sticking to the baseline imo, I was so confused to know that people don't usually do this) other than that, i assume that it's something of a mix between "sticking too closely to the baseline" and "writing way above the baseline", as in someone's both stimutaneously distant from reality, but not so distant that they completely disregard their surroundings, like a person that wants to make their dreams a reality perhaps. anyways, I could try to upload a couple of my Chinese handwriting and my English handwriting samples to Insta if I'm free, I feel like having you dissect the common spots between two wildly different languages would make for a pretty fun video
I do this sometimes to avoid tangling letters. It is mainly on graphing paper or college rule where there isn't much space. This is especially true with math and science where I need to be able to quickly and clearly read my notes.
leah i just want you to know that you are single handedly pioneering my autistic special interest with these videos /pos :) because of you i have gotten super into graphology, thank you so much for continuing to make videos, they bring me so much joy
actually, i had a phase in my writing where i would write completely between the lines without touching either the bottom or top line. i read somewhere that sometimes when people write above the bottom line it means that they think very highly of themselves (like they're elite or something). and mixed with the fact that writing between the lines entirely is difficult, we could kinda say that the person is suffering from an elitist society, it could be either that they are trying to become elitist or they are just trying really hard to fulfill the expectations of their elite family or friends (while being of elitist background i mean, like rich kids who don't like their privilege and stuff like that).
Looking at my base line actually helped me discover a lot of unhealthy coping mechanisms I have. Always writing above the line + upward sloping but it’s not passionate= compensation sad thoughts by disconnecting yourself from reality. I do this a lot when it comes to solving my own problems, I look at myself like a another complex character in order to explain my actions and thoughts.
I'm someone who write in between the lines without touching and I have an interesting story about that. I have always been writing like that because it looks neater. Most of my handwriting are pretty small and clumpy in each words but with pretty decent spaces, so they look smaller. My former employer told me to write bigger and longer so the letters touching the lines. I tried but it's hard to write bigger letter. I also have difficulty writing capitals (I can write first letter in capital, but not the whole letter or sentence in capital). Writing bigger is easier though if there's no lines at all. I don't know what it concludes but that's my story with writing without touching the lines.
I would love to see you analyze Marilyn Monroe's handwriting. I try to analyze it myself every once in a while, but I can't quite figure out what to make of it.
if you haven’t already, i think it would be wildly entertaining (along with interesting) to analyze handwriting from strangers. not like your subscribers, but in art stores when people test markers and such in the sketchbooks? usually the first thing a person writes would be their name, seeing it’s easy and everyone knows their name by heart. i don’t think i worded this properly but i hope you understand what i’m getting at.
I write in between the lines without touching and it’s just really easy, to me at least. It’s actually extremely difficult for me to write on the line. Maybe because of that I don’t have problem writing straight even on just blank paper
Same but I don’t really write perfectly straight. Probably fairly straight but it can get a bit wavy on blank paper. I don’t know why but there’s something uncomfortable about writing on the lines.
Writing between the lines shows that the writer needs a lot of social recognition. These people live to be the center of attraction. They will keep doing something which gains appreciation. Sometimes they unknowingly do something which gains attention in the wrong way too.
I was wondering if there are any interesting facts about left-handed writing? I think the way I'm holding a pen where I can smudge the ink with my hand makes it easier to write a straight line. When use a different pen where i would not have to worry about smearing the ink I wouldn't write in a straight line because I can hold the pen differently. Do we need to know if the writer is right or lefthanded before or does this info not affect the analysis?
for the one where you talked about someone who writes their words through of the lines (9:05), i have kind of a theory: the lines could represent society’s social rules, since they’re something that’s already on the paper and has been set before them. the writer lets the lines cut through their handwriting and lets it take over their personality ig? since their handwriting is centered around those lines. they’re letting the lines control the rest of their writing and letting them stay in the center. so applied to their life they’re letting something that somebody else has done for them control their actions and thoughts and personality overall. like leah said, the writer is writing over an already drawn line. they don’t think for themselves and just follow whatever opinions or rules that have been set before them. they don’t have plans on changing the world or doing anything significant or different like that. basically they could be someone who blends in with the crowd and doesn’t like attention. they choose to let society’s rules and opinions control their life that would also definitely indicate someone who is self destructive like she said, since they let something like that have that much control over them and stab their handwriting and cross out what they’re doing does this make any sense its like 2am and my brain is melting
Been a while since you popped out a vid. Must be hella busy, hoping ur ok. I've been able to use your expertise alot more in life and very grateful. Was hoping you're still at it and kept my eye out. BTW, if it's possible I'd love to suggest the singer Beck as he's a rather unique individual. Also think Alanis Morissette or Sub Urban too.
LEAH YOU NEED TO ANALYSE AMBER HEARD'S HANDWRITING. The pictures of her writing in a "love diary" which is published in the court for the defamation case. You'll find the pictures in the law&crime Network RU-vid channel in the video "Amber Heard Cross-Examined by Johnny Depp's Lawyer | Part One - Day 17 (Depp v Heard)" Minutes- (it's a one hour video) 52:21 to 54:46 57:22 58:00 (this one had a completely different FONT altogether. like crazy) 58:53 to 59:25 1:00:15 1:01:15 (this one looked slightly different from the rest of them) And Now i will wait cutely.
your voice is so relaxing x u should write a book all on graphology I'd go running to buy it. Also, I would LOVE to see ur outlook on graffiti, as it is a 'purposeful' change of style rather than subconscious, so it would be super interesting to have your outlook on it (deffo add it to the book, id read full chapters on the graphology of graffiti.) much love to u Leah keep doing what u do so well x
3:48 The downward arrow reminded me of Aang from The Last Air Bender and the description you gave fits perfectly into his character. The arrow was on his head.
I am literally watching this to see what it means when you sometimes have a slightly fallen baseline. This happens to me if I am writing a lot, and my hand gets tired. The fact you said it means fatigue when it only happens when I am tired makes perfect sense. 😂
Over the past few weeks, my hand has been shaking constantly. Like non-stop. That falling part, now that I look at my handwriting, I see words like 'army' and so on fall. Lots of times, I leave little space between words which I also do in Cyrillic. The latin alphabet changes my handwriting from tiny to larger. Right now, I'm going through a phase where my emotions are trauma are affecting the way I write. Every day, every moment, I can't focus. All I can focus is what is going on around me and yeah. It also could be because I'm being shelled every day, but yeah. My handwriting is definitely changing slightly, it's even more noticeable in Cyrillic.
Hey. Another great vid, thank you. My biggest thing in life is learning, and I'm never disappointed in your vids. I prob say this a bit but I can tell you should have more confidence in yourself by your t bars. See, ur even a good teacher. You are talented and smart, I mean you have eyes but ur blind. Ur amazing and I know these cats here agree. Keep up the good work, I'm a die hard fan as you never disappoint. Much love from Vancouver. PS. Worried bout Amber, not one meow or photobomb XD maybe editing Leah removed it, dunno.
For me when I write my words naturally float above the lines but subconsciously I try to bring them down, like on most my words u can tell that halfway through the word I try to bring it down and make it touch the line but on the next word it happens again. But thing is that I think it’s because I’ve always been rlly insecure of my handwriting and how my words float since I learned how to write
You should analyze the handwriting in the music video of Knees Deep at ATP by Lovejoy. There were a lot of very interesting letter traits that I didn't recognized. This video reminded me of the music video because I took note of how wavy the baseline was.
yes!! i saw that, there were a lot of pessimistic and depression traits and i was debating on whether or not there were suicidal traits, i thought it was really interesting
hi leah! idk if u saw yet but there are samples of dreams handwriting and itd be rly interesting if u analyzed them :o also ive been getting more into graphology so this video was perfect :D
Most topics are not controversial, when we don't include idiots in the conversation. Get the idiots to be out of the positions of influence. Listen to Prem Rawat!
could you make a video about zones? my handwriting has a big upper zone, but i’ve never seen you analyze someone who also has a big upper zone, so i don’t know what it means. i’d also just like to know more about zones in general, but that’s the main reason i want to know.
I always thought it was weird that my baseline rose so much. Like, I have to hold my notebooks at a very odd angle to write straight between the lines lol. So it looks like I’m writing pretty straight, but my notebook is at like a 75 degree angle 😂
Suuuper late to the party but hey I'm the one that said my handwriting doesn't touch the baseline! So looking back on it, it's mostly my middle zone that doesn't touch the baseline. My j's, g's, y's all touch the baseline. Now that you talked about it, I'm starting to think maybe it's not because English is my second language but I might be holding onto things too tightly. But I'm not sure. Gonna have to show my handwriting as a whole to decide on that. Anyway, I'm thinking of creating a throwaway account for this. Can't let my acquaintances see that🤺
If someone was completely in between the lines it may indoor cate someone who is holding back from making an opinion one way or another, or expressing their feelings.
What if it has nothing to do with that and it just has to do with the way your used to writing your whole life? Like most of the time I write on the lines as best as I can but sometimes while I am writing I will write in the middle of the 2 lines on accident if that makes sense
Hey Leah, could you please do an analysis of Johnny Depp’s handwriting? Saw some pictures online and I found it pretty unique.. would like to hear your thoughts about it! Thanks, love your vids ❤️
New to your channel *Thanks* for the baseline lesson 6:26 at C floating above baseline thought of YT 'Wings of Pegasus' pitch software analysis of the singer Sade having constant higher pitch above a baseline. Also, a few months ago in a video you mentioned analyzing painter's brushstrokes (?). AI machines are used for forgeries by their brushstrokes. Perhaps, compare notes with what other fields are doing? Btw: nice nicewriting
Hey I have a question! My handwriting changes very often and I often switch my handwriting between 2-3 and I can never decide :) Is there a bigger meaning to that or am I just being indecisive? Thanks!
Hey Leah where hv you bee? I hv been a long subscriber since some of your first dsmp vids and today i remembered you, after watching the Johnny depp trail. What i mean is that there they showed amber Heard's hand writing and i was thinking of suggesting you that you should analyse it. Anyway I hope you come back soon
Idk if this is a good idea but you should compared peoples handwriting with their personality type ( like the 16 personalities personality types the once with the four letters for example mine is INFP)
And I've found out Thinkers usually have a larger upper zone, which indicates lot of thinking and mental work! (3 of my friends have it...they have T in their 4 functions and also huge upper zones)
I discovered your channel today...You have a new subscriber now. After watching Tarantino video I was hoping if you can analyze other great filmmakers such as, Nolan, Fincher, Scorseses and Villeneuve. I'm a huge fan and would like to learn about them more.
Hi Leah, thank you for all your videos, they are so good and interesting. I wanted to ask you if you could make a video about the Vimala alphabet letters( Vimala Rodgers) and what traits they describe from a graphology perspective. Thank you!
Leah please do an analysis of the handwriting in the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial, the Body Language Guy (Jesus Enrique Rosas) would really like an analysis. It could make your channel blow up. Please get in touch with him. This is important as you know, this trial has taken on real social implications. One of the lawtube channel's videos disproving Amber's testimony regarding a broken bed has already gone viral. Please consider this, you are one of the best ppl at this I have ever seen.
Hey I wanted to suggest Mattias Pilhede's handwriting for analysis. He makes animations here on RU-vid and his handwriting is present in the videos and it seems like it stretches some characteristics like very intense upper zone and very long looking letters. I though it was interesting and thought of your channel :)
Hi I have a question. Say someone's handwriting gets like a lot smaller when they write to a specific person, but only that person. What does that mean?
Hey Leah, good to see you again, always is a pleasure to see your videos, they meke me happy. I habe a question, the handwriting of a friend of mine is very straight, as someone with logical thinking but his Ls are very very tilted forward, only the Ls. I'm beyond concerned and don't know what that means, if you know pls tell me or if you know where I can find that information. Thank you and thanks for making this videos. Love them
Can you provide some practices to improve traits. Eg: messed up t bars too low are not a good sign and neither are the dots on i etc. i want to learn how to work on this kind of writing. I have done graphology practices before (got me out of suicidal depression) i really believe in the power of graphology.
oh and i have a question what if my a’s are basically e’s. like my a’s do not look anything different than my e’s. it isn’t happening 100% of the time but i’ve noticed it like a year ago and i always see it in my notes.
If you're ever going to analyze a character's writing for a video again, I think it would be interesting to do Winona Ryder's suicide note in Beetlejuice.
While writing my signature recently, on my first name, the n at the end of the name dipped below the base line. This doesn't usually happen while I write my signature, what does that mean?
@@vincentgoupil180 And yet, you can utilize a pen to write on a tablet. That’s what I actually meant. It still shows someone’s handwriting, doesn’t it?
Please analyse Amber Heard's writing to Johnny Deep as well! In some court recordings, the lawyers used one of her notes as evidence! When I saw the picture, immediately I saw a big ego, strong desire and aggressiveness. Would love to hear your thoughts on it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YolPqgiV7bU.html This is the link and it is at 3:00
