I’ve been dealing with a lot of really bad anxiety since July of last year. I’ve done sooo much healing but it still lingers. I have been getting super frustrated with it because I just didn’t know why it’s still hanging around. This video came at the most perfect time. I was pile 1 and 2 and both resonated so perfectly for me. I also had a very traumatic childhood like you, with very similar things happen so I get it. I’m ready to break free from this for good 🥰
I totally get what you mean when it’s like you’ve done so much work yet your still feeling stuck. I think there are some things in our bodies that are so heavy that there are no quick fixes but all the the work you have been doing is helping it’s just taking time and that can be so frustrating. The other thing is that you have something awesome to look forward to because you will absolutely swing to the other side of the pendulum and you will feel so much liberation! Either way I will send you some healing prayers and sending you lots of love!
I was pile 2 and omg as soon as I was with the resistance there was a ringing in my ears and I felt a huge opening in my left ear specifically!! thank you this is so extremely helpful!

The resistance is part of the process...the message I needed to hear today. I've been so resistant to go back to academia after completing grad school, yet when I started to surrender to the idea that the universe wants me teaching and researching...so many opportunities have begun to emerge.
@@caraelizabethspeaks Indeed...When I started grad school, complete atheist...surrendered to self love + started truly believing that nothing was wrong with me, but rather that my environment/contexts were dysfunctional/toxic/abusive and that I had internalized those dysfunctions to cope/survive (also a sexual assault survivor)...and BOOOOMM....crazy spiritual awakening in the middle of an empirical PhD. Mind literally blown. Surrendering to what it is is definitely a super power! Cheers and gratitude for the content and authenticity. 🙏

Brilliant as usual. I was a one, after much deliberation, but it was right on point. I have had this fear for over a week that I was losing ground, thanks for that explanation. Trying to transmute feelings of worthlessness. I have, in true libra fashion, been vacillating between feeling more than empowered to totally helpless. Having four planets in Scorpio, I look for something or someone to blame. Usually myself or my childhood. As much as these feelings come up, I fear I’m not dealing with it in a “finalized” way. So I get stuck. Dreamt I had a pile of used eyeglasses. Didn’t know what to do with them. I think I’m seeing the past, trying to emerge from it, but the vision is haunting still. I so appreciate your insight, you make a difference in my life.

I'm working through a huge up level, massive massive, working though how scary it is to earn money for myself first time in such an upleveled place - I'm applying for a job with the skills I've been building since COVID... Pile 3 🫎for the animal medecine I heard during the reading the wapiti, but I don't know nothing about it, except that it's a big deer (I live in Europe) do you know something about them, also it's was exactly what I need during this time thnx for sharing body tech mov it really helps ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Unfortunately I don’t know too much about Wapiti but look up ELK totem or elk spirt animal meaning on google (elk is the wapiti). I would imagine it has something to do with majestic power though. And the antlers represent a connection to the divine.
