It is such comfort to me that you keep it so real and authentic. I viewed the eclipse from the path of totality and that shot F’d me up. I’m going through this intense period of finally releasing everything that no longer serves me, and by ‘everything’ what I really mean is ‘everyone’ and by everyone I mean all humans that aren’t my offspring… this process is overwhelming, lonely and emotional and really freaking overwhelming … and just continue to push outside of my comfort zone? Like I haven’t been doing that enough for 3 freaking years straight? All I really wanna do is crawl into a hole. And I know - deep down I know that pushing forward is the only way; I’ve come waaaay to far to even fathom stopping now… and I’ve dealt with fear and I believe that I’m really good at embracing fear… but I’m really scared. It’s very easy to see why some folk just say F it and turn back to religion

Hello, I listened to the video yesterday and received some cool insight about the "chicken-head" card this morning. "Le coq", the rooster is the animal emblem of France. (I'm french) And we have this joke/proverb that says: "Do you know why "le coq", the rooster is the emblem for french people or France... because it is the only animal that sings with its feet in manure". It's quite silly BUT it made me realize that a very powerful way to get out of those "chicken-head" phases is actually using SOUND. Using appropriate sounds and frequencies we can change the wave length of our own brains and therefore slow down the thoughts, even reach spaces before thoughts and literally reboot ourselves from a peaceful, primordial, state of being. So the rooster has more answer than we thought may be... and it might also explain why you sang 😁. Personally I practice Kototama, which is a sacred, ancient sound practice from Japan. Kototama means (more or less) the "word of/from the Soul" . With the vibration of sounds we clear out our minds and bodies, and we access the frequency we are seeking which is the one of the alignement of our Soul with our Consciousness, Spirit and body (in link with the Universe and all elements of the creation). So with the sound we strip down the unnecessary tchatter, and disharmonious vibrations and tune in with our Soul = Our Higherself = our Home. I encourage you to SING sounds (the simple the better I would say) vowels or Om or Aum, or use singing bowls or even listen to specific music that allows the brain to make the shift towards theta or Alpha waves... (Before LIGHT was the SOUND...) I could say more but this comment is already quite long, I will just had few info if you want to sing vowels, it is a simple and powerful practice. Basically, you sing the vowel until you feel something shift inside of you, in your emotions, in your body, at some point something inside will tell you "you can stop now". We sing from the hara, from the center of the body. Always start with "U" which brings us to the center, and then experiment the others... It is not about performing or making a pretty sound, it is about feeling, letting us feel (to let go things if needed), it is about growing consciousness... sound "U" : ü as in "new" (experimenting void, matter, structure, physical body and more...) sound "A" : ä as in "ah" (experimenting opening, expansion, radiance...) sound "O" : Ö as in "oh" (experimenting emotions, intuition, memory, time, fluids...) sound "E" : as in "Way" (experimenting mind, psyche, space, capacity of discernement...) sound "I" : as in "easy" (experimenting momentum of life, laughter, ...) In my experience the use of sound is so powerful because it goes everywhere, inside the body, inside all our structures, it goes even where we try to hide and therefore "shakes" the resisting parts of us, so a true practice can be intense and very liberating. Be kind with yourselves. We can put intention before practice, but first we experiment the sound, we can take shelter in those infinite spaces, observe and learn who we truly are. So that was me sharing a TECH ... stepping out of the routine... I took time to write this because it made me realize how much sound is important in my life and that it is also important that I share my experiences and knowledge, thank you for this. So Lets tune in with the frequency of PEACE. LOVE, JOY, CONSCIOUSNESS, WORLD PEACE.
