Some advice, though, would be to put a slight VARIENT into the trendy thing you may be buying, folks. For instance, if you see everybody and their mama wearing a certain TYPE of samba/ Adidas sneaker, then switch it up and get something that's LIKE the thing you wanted, but different enough that you don't look like the panda dunk goofball I see everyday being an NPC. I’ve been a big fan of the channel for a long time. I love learning about and almost studying fashion in my free time. That being said I don’t know why, but I really struggle to buy things that aren’t essential. Like even if I have the money, Buying stuff for myself makes me feel selfish. Anyway I bring this up because after years of wearing the same beat up ass shoes I finally bought a pair of sambas. It literally felt like the moment I got them everyone started treating them like panda dunks. This honestly didn’t bother me at all because I’m a big believer in dressing for yourself and not other people but for the first time in my life grown ass adults were stopping me on the streets of Atlanta and telling me my shit was wack. It’s just so odd to me that people take it upon themselves to tell me what they think of my clothes. Idk I still love my shoes and I know no one finna read this but I just wanted to put out there to see if anyone had similar experiences.
