Thank you for telling us the end of the Bonnie Prince. How sad, but he was blessed to face the end in the loving embrace of his daughter.

I did smile wryly at the '...Anyway...' at the end! What a miserable story and it's no wonder that it's very rarely told in Scotland. Very well told, thank you. I wonder now what became of his daughter and his line?

Thanks so much for this interesting info on Bonnie Prince Charlie. As a Moncreiffe, I have always wonder about their Jacobite support. I believe they were at Culloden.
