What you're looking for is just peace. It seems hard to find in the face of these cycles of strife and suffering and dissolution. But I'm trying to tell you how peace can be found simply through the realisation of what you are. It is just a recurring thought process that stands in our way. So from what I understand Chris, you have to start living your life as not Chris but as awareness, source, God, etc. So it is a complete commitment to change the way we think from human identity to awareness. Many say you have to surrender and what that means is literally surrendering Chris the human identity and merge with awareness and become an effortless impersonal being. The best person that has described it for me to grasp was David Bingham.

Oh wow this brought tears to my eyes as I was seeing through the ego more & more. I find it very challenging atm, especially with health struggles but your videos help me so much. It is getting clearer & clearer but I feel that the ego just doesn’t want to let go & I keep getting pulled into the illusion of the separate self. There is another channel I used to listen to by Terrence Stephens, a Melbourne based nonduality teacher, and I think he does do one on one sessions. I can say that he most certainly speaks from true realisation.
