Agreed. When a client asks me if I have all skin toned foundation or products I'm like whaaaaa of course!!! Is that even a question?! But I see why. Not all artists carry all shades.. sadly...
This is so exciting and overwhelming at the same time, I am makeup artist student and I still have a lot of questions about what products to use in all those different complexions, Im so scared to use the wrong prep products or foundation or setting powders is a lot of things to learn!!

I’m in MUA school now and I just purchased the Graftobian HD and RCMA VK Inclusion Pallets so that I don’t have a thousand different foundation tubes and shades. Plus they second as concealer, contour, and highlighters and come with red, white, yellow, and blue for mixing to create different shades and colors and to create the correcting shades. All you need after that is your loose powders, moisturizers/primers for the face, setting spray, blush, and eye shadow. You can use the lighter shades in the palette for highlighting but if you want shimmer you can also use a shimmery eye shadow instead of buying separate highlighters. You can use the darker shades in the palettes for contour.
nars concealer is hands down the best concealer for Makeup Artist. too faced concealer is fantastic. laura mercier powder is amazing. nars foundation is the best foundation.
Do you find mixing the Mac face and body with the Nars foundation separates or gets streaky since the Mac one is water based? Or does it work perfectly? I struggle when one is silicone and one is water and I’m trying to find a good cocktail!
whats your favorite empty palette for depotting? i see mufe changed there palettes but i think they are magnetized so mac shadows probably wont go in them right?
How do you carry these two different makeup gigs? Do you put these in a suitcase with a fit both in a suitcase or do you just carry one on each shoulder?
