what nobody realise : if you continue on regular spin, you still have 1 chance out of 12 to hit the bankrupt even without missing a letter. So why people dont try more?
It's always good strategy to hop onboard the express wedge if you spin it. You have no chance of spinning an bankrupt, lose a turn, or spinning for less than $1,000. You could lose everything, sure, with a wrong guess, but you'd practically lose everything anyway with a wrong guess in regular gameplay. Why players don't elect for it, I'll never know.
The Express wedge works like this: Once you accept and hop on the Express train, you can't walk away. You must either call additional letters or solve the puzzle. If you miss a letter (unless it is the one before hopping on) or missolve, it's a Bankrupt.
