This took a lot longer than I’d anticipated to get finished - thanks to everyone watching for your patience! From the large number of aircraft (159), captions (177), custom ground vehicles (5) to individual airspace sectors (468), everything about this production was big and required a lot of wrangling to bring together. Let me know what you liked about the video, or if you have any constructive critiques I’d be interested in those too. Also, feel free to reach out with any suggestions you may have for incidents or topics you’d like to see covered on the channel. Thanks for joining me on AirTrafficVisualised, it’s been great to have you on board, and we hope you enjoy the video. -ATV 👨✈✈
Well done! I can only imagine the length of time and dedication to thoroughness it took to put this together. The details of mixing in the post event radio transmissions are appreciated! As the Brits might say - "Well done YOU".
It's all worth it. The other ATC channels might be the first to show something, but they're not able to show the full picture, or I guess the full context (transmissions or animations for unrelated planes)? For example, visualizing how busy these airports actually are.
@@KorxilSeconded; no matter where I go to hear the initial audio, I always prefer to rewatch it with AirTrafficVisualised's higher quality analysis whenever he's made one available. For instance, this video had me realize just how close all those planes doing go-arounds were buzzing directly over the Ops vehicles doing their runway inspections... I mean, I know that's part of their job and all, but still!
I feel like I just keep leaving the same comment over and over, but this is television-level of production. The narration, the visuals, cutting in footage and radio chatter -- easily could have two or three of these for an episode. Genuinely great work, man!
@@AirTrafficVisualisedThey're just as phenomenal, if not even better, than when you were starting out years ago. The praise I gave back on those early videos still applies in spades!
Definitely one of the nost technically impressive aviation videos I've ever seen! Excellent work as always! Great work by the tower to organize such a huge disruption as well.
I spent much of that day watching news updates about the situation, yet this is the first time I've heard of anyone getting injured. I hope it was something they were able to recover from quickly!
