This video and the trike is best one iv come across on youtube really is smart as f..k i would like to see a praying mantis trike in which a person can transfer onto with a space for the chair like yours .....i had a c7 injury incomplete i would like a trike which attitude with lots of chrome ...thou you make it look super easy transfer ..far play to you you are an inspiration .
I like the bindings idea also. I built some things to keep my feet in place but im gonna go with your idea instead. I burned my right ankle on my pipe pretty bad last year. I'm gonna go with the bindings so I know my feet are secure.
Awesome Man! I'm a para and ride a sportster trike i built with a beefed up 1250cc motor. I have some shafts clamped to my axle tube on my chair that slide into the back rest holes and locks the chair down but the problem is I can't ride 2 up. I have a luggage rack i took off my bike. I'll put it back on and try your method. Thanks for posting!
Wheelchair workout I don't really go up and down stairs in my chair. I can do a wheelie and go down about three steps but I can't go upstairs in my chair I just hop out on the ground go up the stairs on my butt and someone brings the chair with me. And so in some friends or families houses I'll do that go up a flight of stairs you have to go to bed or to go to the bathroom. I don't know if that answers your question?
Jacob Molitor I just went to a local bike and snowboard shop and bought an aluminum (no rust) set of bindings, drilled them into my floorboard. They cost like $125 or $140 I think because they were a bit nicer
I just wear leather boots so I can tuck my pants in them, or my jeans go up to my knees when I ride... look like an asshat. You can wear boots, shoes, sandals anything really, but heck no you don’t need to wear snowboarding boots... or I don’t.
