U miss a thing called “E mark” ~ E mark items are car parts pertaining to safety that must be tested by approval bodies(eg TUV). Of course, this E mark is compulsory for all continental cars. Don’t believe look at your windscreen for all continental car - 100% is there. Also, the last test is similar to torsional fatigue test for rims.
