Me too mate, i´m also 41 and my body is still responding fantastically well to exercise and without the need of suplements, etc. I know that 41 is not really "old" for having a fit body but still. Of course it´s not the same, without doubt i´m aging but much slower and better than the vast majority. There is no secret, a healthy life, diet, excercises and that´s it. Fighting? Nah, not for me, one thing is to be in great shape and another thing is to recover from injuries, without doubt is taking me longer to recover from injuries than when i was younger and i take extra care with that.

Compare how he speaks at 47 when in an athletic scenario to how he speaks now at 57 in a political scenario. In the first scenario he seems comfortable, well spoken and knowledgeable. In the second he seems uncomfortable, speaks ineffectively and literally does not know what he is talking about. As a candidate he is a place holder. He's there to put an R in that seat, not a Senator. Him being a senator makes as much sense as me as I am now in the fighting ring with Walker as he was then. If you saw that, you would say "This is not about fighting, this is about something else and it's wrong." Same thing with him running for senate seat. It's not about if he would be a good senator, it's about something else and it's wrong.
