Ganymede is one of Jupiter’s moons. NASA didn’t cover up its existence.

A black hole does have mass it has so much in fact that it creates a tear in space-time. for example, if you had a blanket and put a golf ball on it the blanket there would be a curve where the golf ball is but if you put a bowling ball it would create a hole and pull the blanket into it to a just mass of the bowling ball. space-time works similar to this. In this model, the golf ball represents a planet its mass affects space-time to curve this creates the planet's gravity, which is why objects weigh much less on the moon theoretically and more on bigger planets like jupiter. A star in itself already has a large mass but when it dies two things may happen. The star either burns off its nuclear fuel to create a supernova or implodes to create a black hole. in this instance, the implosion creates so much mass it creates a hole in space-time. because of this hole, the gravity around it is so strong it pulls in the light around it. A black hole isn't actually black, but because of its light-sucking properties, we can't see the color, since we need light to bounce off of objects to see.

The reason black holes suck stuff in is because it’s a super compressed form of mass, which means it had a lot of mass, all in one place. The super compressed mass is called a singularity and it sits just beyond the event horizon, which is where things start going faster than light.

Hi captain, im a person that likes to read astrophysics textbooks for fun, and in response to your statement "It's as if it has mass to it, but I thought it was the opposite", black holes do have mass. They are formed when a large star collapses because it ran out of hydrogen gas to use as fuel. The amount of mass that makes up a black hole is compacted into a small space, and it has enough gravitational force to bend light. However, in the simulator, the black holes black part acts like a solid object when it is just an area of space where light can not reach you because it is pulled in to the black hole. wait a second Saturn is a gas giant with no likely solid mass for the the asteroids to hit and if anything they are much more likely to get slowly ripped up by it's immense gravitational pull. Jupiter does that to some of it's moons growing larger every passing minute by siphoning off the moons. If Saturn is a gas giant with no solid mass how did this happen 10:54

If you enter 66 on the nukes and use the targeting system on the top left, you can pilot the space craft, try using the mechanical planet to give you Star Wars vibes, you can also overlap other powers by having them selected after you exit and enter the plane again.

Here's a little trick: Try to summon 66 nukes while in aim mode Optional: After you activated it, quickly exit aim mode, equip another weapon (laser gatling gun is best in my opinion) and go back to aim mode

At 14:40 was called nuclear fusion, so sauce was _techniclly_ right but not about the impact force, instead it was the heat energy of the sun being neutralized by the black hole, making it collapse on another centre of negative mass(the nearest black hole, that got sucked). Also I am not a space biologist, I just watch youtube

The wrong answer is that there usually a son that collapsed and didn’t turn into a supernova and they’re so condensed that they can swallow light basically if you turn the earth into a golf ball it would make a black hole. There’s actually another Easter egg with the ships where you can pilot one of them. You just need to turn on precise targeting mode and spawn the nukes in.
