Usually ISFJs feel embarrassed if someone compliments them, whether it's true or not. Even if ISFJs know the compliment is genuine they are still extremely uncomfortable getting it face to face. ISFJs are infinitely more comfortable with being complimented for actions rather than for their appearance. ISFJs may act awkward when they receive compliments which are meant to be expressions of affection. Though compliments in general make them uncomfortable, since they work hard to be humble people, they do enjoy appreciation from time to time, especially when the people closest to them admire and appreciate them for who they are.
ENTPs aren’t the most emotional people, but they are definitely charismatic. They enjoy receiving praise from others, so they are very generous with compliments towards people they care about. ENTPs are also good at giving out praise to people, and often know the right words to say if they want to. Well, when ENTPs get compliments, which make them feel uncomfortable they might have a sarcastic comment in response.
