@@harry8201Don’t be silly. People always want to think their language is special but for someone who doesn’t know it the sounds of Farsi do not stand out from other languages of the region.
My family lived in Japan for many years, we never met anyone who spoke Ainu. It's extraordinarily rare. My paternal grandmother spoke Mangue though, which is now "extinct", I think about how crazy that would've been on one of these shorts whenever I see them lol.
@@footballlife2799They speak German but have a strong dialect which they really like to use (not as strong as Swissgerman though). They have to learn standard German in school though.
“you came here to do what? ok wait, let me see what i should say, im gonna speak more difficult (complex words) so you don’t understand what im saying, otherwise, its very easy”
Their accent would be a dead giveaway, I’d think Spanish would be much harder because their regional accents are more subtle (unless their from Spain obviously)
@@DaPopeOfDope101wouldn't say that the accents are subtle, it's just that you must know where are those from, for example an argentinian accent can't compare to a venezuelan accent
@@freddy6449 well another thing is that there are a lot more Spanish accents to memorize, where as English accents are basically just UK, Irish, American/Canadian, Ausi/Kiwi & South African
@@KoroushRPYes that makes sense, that is true of many languages, as there are different regions and dialects. But I love to hear my friend from Esfahan speak Farsi.
She says exactly: "What are you doing in here..." [ a bit more ] "OK, let me see what I should say... I am talking a bit hard so that you don't catch what I say , otherwise it would become very easy"
I love her! She literally said that I will make it difficult for you 😅 We have so many different accents and dialects in Iran and it could be confusing for those who are learning Persian.
As a half Iranian I was also waiting lol. Btw I can recognize Farsi and understand it to an extent, I recognized the first phrase but had no idea what she said after he told her to say more
No one knows what Nahuatl is, there probably aren't any online resources for learning it it's that irrelevant. Also learning a language for the girls is a terrible reason, you're better off connecting with a superior culture if you learn Spanish or Croatian
I've been WAITING for someone to try to speak to him in Farsi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't speak Farsi but my dad is from Iran so if someone is speaking Farsi I am able to recognize it just from being surrounded by it my whole life. Thank you to this woman for doing the challenge!! btw Lingualizer you should change your title to Persian woman, not Iranian woman. Hodahafus👋
@@sturmgewehr4471imagine you hear people pronouncing your name wrong every time. wouldn't that be annoying for you? now this guy is from iran so it annoys him when people pronounce his country's name wrong. why tf do you care why prople care
@@ara.am777 No it doesnt annoy me. Im Persian I probably misprounce words from other languages. If they are not doing it on purpose in order to insult, there's no reason get upset. I swear people become bussies when they go to west
@@rodmaknouni well this guy isn’t actually fluent in every language that he recognizes obviously. Even a few words outside of basic conversation can trip you up if you just know the basics
As an Arab if I participate I won 100%. There are about 20 Arab countries and I don’t know if he would be able to tell the difference from country to country as there are many dialects
@@E85stattElektro yes true it is the same with Spanish. But the guy himself is Austrian and he could tell the difference between German and Swiss dialect.
Farsi is the most charming, melodious language I have ever heard but only when the women speak it, strangely. The men sound like Angry Persian Uncle until they turn 80, when they sound like distinguished, ancient philosophers.
Wow, Ive never heard Iranian (os that what it's called?) before. Crazy, it sounded in part like a distant cousin of Hungarian to my untrained ears. Super interresting!
For those who didn't understand what she said: ''What are you doing here? Okay, let me think about what to say. I'm going to talk in a difficult way so you won't understand what I'm saying, unless it's going to be very simple/easy.''
@@raymonddarhk20 are you intellectually challenged? "Native language" is the language you speak from birth. This guy speaks German from birth. And by the way, this language doesn't "belong" to Germany -- Austrians didn't "steal" this language from the Germans, they spoke it since the times of Germanic tribes, long before Germany and Austria existed. Their country just happens to have a different name than "Germany".
same goes for spanish.. unless he REALLY knew Spanish accents it would be hard to place the right country.. except if it were some really well known accent like Mexico, Argentina or Spain..
Technically you can't use english also you need to use the SAME accent which makes it obvious But with like Spanish and arabic spanish at 6 countries i think and arabic at 20 countries it is impossible
Finally,I saw someone from my country in this channel,I can finally rest now حقیقتا وقتی دیدم یهو فارسی حرف زد پشمام ریخت😂😂ولی خیلی نزدیک بود حدس بزنه ایرانو
I have met an Iranian girl on Discord over a month ago, and I have heard her speaking Persian with her friends. It sounds like all other asian languages combined.
persian is a dope language. lingua franca to massive landarea including afghanistan where farsi is widely spoken such close a dialect “dari” or afghani persian is mutually intelligible with persian in iran and much adjacent west asia like i believe also tajik the language is another endonym for persian/farsi in tajikistan area dialect that extends to neighboring countries of today.. i know an uzbek who speaks farsi 😮 also persians are just generally very good looking people 😂 i am myself armenian by ethnicity and admire them and wish i had time or occasion to learn persian language myself as im a big linguist nerd and interested in that language family as big gap for me. but alas theres only so much time in this life but perhaps one day!
Wow , an expert of Asian languages ! you seem to know all diverse languages of Asia ! are you aware that in Asia ( unlike Europe or Americas ) hundreds of distinct languages and dialects from different origins ( Indo-european, Altaic, Dravidian,....) are spoken that have nothing in common ?
@@fatemea6552 "Farsi " is a new colloquial language a degenerated version of Persian, but " Parsi i.e. Persian is very old with old literature and written scripts.

The moment she said *"khaylee"* I was confirmed its Persian. It means "very" as far as I know, and Persians use it a noticeable amount of times. (I usually guess straight forwardly when it's Persian, but Recently I discovered Azerbaijani/Azeri and Afghanistan's Dari language sounds the same as Farsi to my ears , may be due to Persian influence on these areas)
