Any chance you're using headphones or have used the space bar to pause/unpause? You might be accidentally listening to the video that autoplays on a channel's main page. If you go to a main page while you're in miniplayer, no matter what you do after, there's always a risk that unpausing will cause that autoplay video to start up again.
Whenever i see trombone related stuff i am content, it reminds me of my grandad. Mans was a god tier trombone player, like internationally rated champion, performing with royalty in the audience kinda player, used to love listening to his stories of it.
