I tell the other women that the men speak to me because I'm there to work out and I say hello to guys that I see regularly not their scoping things out and I tell the women that come to play around that it's actually a dangerous place to play around because you can break bones you can seriously hurt yourself. But people who have been going to the gym for a while know who's there to work out and know who's there to play around! But don't think I don't look because a person who takes care of their body loves to see another person who takes care of their body 😊

I went to the gym with my wife a lot. We both wanted to get into shape. We would get in, stay close to encourage each other, workout for an hour to an hour and a half, and then we left. No bs, Just two people who cared about each other and helping each other get better.

When I was a very young man there were gyms called “Fitness USA SuperCenters.” They were famous for segregating men & women- M/W/F was for guys, T/Th/S was for females. And the opposite at the same gym (different location) across town, so you could conceivably train 6x week & never see someone of the opposite sex. At the time I thought this was ridiculous - hell, what guy wants to work out next to only other dudes? Now, as a mid-40’s ex-bodybuilder/“I used to be big” old guy, I wish those gyms were still around…so I could avoid what’s going on at gyms nowadays w/the crazy females

That guy on the last video - what a massive body. Damn i'm 6 feet and i look like a small girl next to him. About recording in the gym - in a lot of clubs in Europe there's a BAN of taking pictures, recording or taking selfie - if you do it you're kicked outside. That should be put in GYMS - BAN recording videoes or taking pictures. You're in gym for sweat, tears and pain for muscles - to become healthier and stronger.

The most enjoyable thing I like to do in the gym is when I see a woman set up a camera, and get themselves into their perfect pose, and then I'll go and stand in front of their camera, or just to the side of it, and just stand there reading my Instagram posts. Drives them MAD. Drives them even more mad when you go to some gyms, and remind them that there's a no photography, and/or no videoing policy that they agreed to when they first joined the gym.

And looking (a glance) is normal. Especially when she or he shows it all by barely covering anything up or if theit clothes look painted on. Don't want to deal with others? I miss the days of free weight gyms. There were no machines, just plates, bars, and benches. Women thought those gyms were "gross" and didn't go to them. Guys would work out all day, get sweaty, and BS with other guys about life, cars, and beer. Now they're gone because people have to use machines.

Woman talking about men hitting the gym for no reason, it's for health. I avoided it for decades until I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes due to our shitty western diet and lifestyle. Building muscle reversed diabetes and helps me in daily tasks. All men need to lift. You don't need steroids, you don't need a crazy diet or plan, you just need to get in there and lift every fucking day some different areas of the body.

in my city some gyms made a "man only" hours and time zone and some "female only" times, they take in consideration the entry time for men and women and asked for the preference beforehand, when it got implemented ALL the women got ther in the "men only" time and asked to get inside or they would've cut the subs to the gym, and noone got there in the women only time even women that got there only in the early morning got in the men only time even thou it was in the late evening... this proved that they go to the gym only to hunt... the owners told they will take off this time zoning but if a man get to them telling "I got disturbed/molested by this girl" or she post something on the SM they will double her fee for the next year and the guy will get a free year subs... every woman get super angry at this, even thou it wasn't touching her personally...

I absolutely positively love this topic I used to go to the gym a lot and work out and periodically I would say to a guy nice hypertrophy and then I would just walk off and I don't know how many times a woman would come to me and asked how I got the men to speak to me and I'm like because I'm here to work out I'm not looking at the men except to say you did great work on your body and that's what they are there for is to work on their body and to get a compliment here and there is a great thing not women who are only there to get in their way and and trip them up while they are in a room that can be dangerous if you're not paying attention to what's going on!!! Working out means that you are taking oxygen away from your brain to put into your muscles so you are not going to be thinking very well so it's best to just stay out of dangerous situations!! when a guy in the gym looks at a girl in a gym he's looking at her the same way he's looking at another guy either that or he's not really there to work out but that really doesn't work very long because there are women who are there being serious about their work out and you eventually know who's there to work out and who's there to goof off!

ppl look ate me in the gym all the time, lost my right leg, left arm and left eye (plus some internal stuff) when i was scraped off of the pedestrian way by a drunk driver when i was 17 , got better and was accepted in a study/tryout for some of the newest prosthetics and they look really neat and future (some deus ex vibes), had a lot of plesant conversations coz of it, especially with veterans (the dark and "disarming" humor of the military boiz and girlz made me cope with it much much better)...now years later i have to say that i really dont mind, look,stare all you want...you can even ask me questions xD
