Mia Hamm continues to be a class act. Always humble and kind. She was acknowledged by everyone to be the best player at one point but you would not know by the way she carried herself.
going From Mia Hamm to Megan Rapinoe is a perfect metaphor for how fucked up this county has gotten, glad to see another GOAT athlete in another sport support her, first Serena now Mia Hamm all these WNBA greats hating Clark can piss off
Same. I got on the comment section to say the same thing. I watched few games since she became a news and the most talked about in sports at this moment. I like her, she is my favorite now.
How could people hate on this young star. All she is doing is making woman’s basketball more legit. Every one of the pro woman’s basketball players will end up making more money because of her. Stop the jealousy and be grateful. With all the hate she’s received the flagrant fouls. She’s never said a bad word about anybody that I’ve heard anyway. God bless her for taking the high road every time. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Unfortunately, there will always be 'haters' in life; and not just in sports. But their names will be long forgotten while Caitlin Clark's will endure for a very, very long time.
Hamm is a woman who is not threatened by another’s age or talent. Great choice for an IDOL Caitlin! (You can tell by your assists- generous heart-)you are an IDOL to little girls too❣️
The more I see and listen to Caitlin, the more of a fan I am, and I only heard of her a few weeks ago. She's a model for all athletes. What a beautiful smile!
Hey all you WNBA players, this is the spirit that makes the non WNBA viewing world like Clark. Genuine smile, real appreciation and just an appeal that’s lacking in many of the butch, angry, bitter WNBA players. Learn from her.
Stop it, she has to say that. The freaking camera is in her face. How did you think she was going to react. She played basketball as a kid, so it's probably no way a soccer player was her idol growing up. Also, she has to keep this ingenious image that naive folks think is she has a fanbase, and that's how she promotes her brand. One thing I can say is that she understands her fanbase sentiments and embraces those sentiments.
@@justsaying6850stop. She is a genuine person. Most Midwest people are. Also how would you act if your idol sent you something and was proud of you. Stop being stupid. If you actually did research you would know she also played soccer as a young girl. She also golfs.
@@justsaying6850lol just because someone plays another sport doesn’t mean you can’t love an athlete form another sport 😂 When I was 13 I went to see the women’s World Cup because I loved Mia Hamm. I played basketball growing up but I loved watching Mia play.
Mia hamm and the usa women's team were rockstars. Update: everyone remembers the late 90s early 2000s stars. Mia hamm, Brandi chastain, Julie foudy, Brianna scurry, Michelle akers. The rapinhoe led teams were activist clowns.
@@johnryan8859they’re saying she doesn’t act ghetto and classless…that what they mean by “gangsta”… You’re saying she has grit and the dog in her, but that’s not the same as “gangsta”
This girl is a great sports story. If everyone could just let go of the racial crap and realize Caitlin Clark is the catalyst for recognition, she's the WNBA's Jordan. Future players will benefit greatly because of Caitlin
Yup. Stars are stars. She’s good for the game. I NEVER thought I’d give a F about WNBA, but I’m paying attention now a bit. I grew up on Jordan, I’m white, my dad or nobody had any issues with it. MJ was the hardest working competitor in sports history. Who cares what color he is, he set a great example for people and while Magic and Bird saved the NBA, MJ transformed it. CC is doing the same for the WNBA. I think the pettiness from the old haggard lesbians is worse than the racist aspects of this whole situation. She’s making them all rich, but they hate it.
@farmerlarbear2244 Diana Taurasi put the hit on Caitlin Clark. She knew exactly how women in the league would respond once she spoke about Clark coming into the WNBA expecting to be the player she was at Iowa. That was a call to prove Caitlin is not special. And also it was a whole lot of jealousy.
@deandreray3500 The stories, marketing wise, are similar. Jordan's shoe deals brought deals for other players. The girl is a high profile personality, her league benefits from her presence. That's Jordan-like.
@@garythomas2707 Do you NOT know that your unfunny lame comment is merely the ugliness inside YOU…it is a reflection of YOUR own self, on the inside, your own misery and emptiness…it is so clear that all that you are is Vomiting itself into a comment on a RU-vid vid. Please say you know that…because if not, there’s a long sad road still ahead for you. And it is indeed YOU that will need all the luck destiny would pitifully spare.
She's just a precious breath of fresh air! God bless her and keep her healthy and grounded for a full and successful career!!! C.C. KEEP THE FAITH AND KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT! GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE! ✝️📖🙏💪❤️🏀🇺🇸
She ain’t save it alone. Think about the other rookies tickets sales, who don’t play for the Fever. They not just buying tickets, to not see CC.. U people stay trying to paint a false narrative. I respect CC, because of her humbleness, and ❤ for the sport. U idiots just doing what the media wants…
Bless her heart...she's such a sweet young lady. I've never watched women's basketball before, but I have watched her dominate the court twice in the past few weeks...she's amazing.
It's plenty of this just RU-vid it 😂😂and you see it everything is n over drive for CC. It's a video of Tom Brady giving K Plum a sign jersey 😮just saying 🤔
You have to love this lady even if you are not a basketball fan. She has never developed a sense of entitlement and lives her live with gratitude and humility. She lets her game and her numbers do the talking.
2 Caitlin Clark I'm only in 6 or 5th grade and I am a pro basketball on my team well not pro but I'm really good and my goal is to make a 3-point or two every game because of you you are bad with a basketball and you're funny just like me and I want to even go to Iowa and to play on the Indiana Fever because of you thank you for inspiring me
Catlin, your wonderful attitude about everything brings a tear to my eyes. Please keep being and doing you and this world will change. Thank you so much.
