It's amazing to me how many people fail to realize Briggs and Klitschkos were friendly with each other and trained together. The WHOLE thing was to sell ppvs for a fight people weren't excited about.

Everybody, including the ref, his own team and the ring doctor, thought that Briggs needed that whooping. I can't figure why else they wouldn't have stopped it after the 8th or 9th. Mans got beat like a bongo drum for 12 rounds 💀

What ever the result in the fight Klitschko needed loud opponents to sell his fights. A majority of viewers were more interested in watching a loudmouth get karma than just watching Klitschko who wasn't very exciting anywhere.

I think Klitschko did not want to knock Briggs down at all...for all the name calling and bragging, he purposefully let him stand up for the whole 12 rounds and pounded on him at will...A single knockout punch could not have induced the damage Briggs suffered LOL

For me it was the Briggs vs Klitcho.. Briggs has always suffered some sought of adult learning difficulty and behaved in a disgusting manner but he could back up his boasting he was a very tuff man. Secondly Klitcho conducted himself perfectly and the better of the 2 brothers in my book

They didn't show it in these clips, but at one point Pascal tries to do this bizarre attack in one of the later rounds where I throws both arms in the air diving at Bivol. It was surreal. Total desperation.

The disrespect and the lack of control from the guy that threw the red shoe at the legend Klitschko is appalling. Some fighters just have a gift for making themselves hated. And for the record just cause you keep repeating something over and over again in the same exact toe of voice louder than everyone else in the room doesn’t make you right and it doesn’t make it something that needs to be answered or dealt with or addressed. you’re like a baby crying in the corner you leave it alone to eventually stop or cry itself out. And fall asleep. And then, when Klitschko gives him a little taste of his own medicine, he starts with the menacing don’t touch me like that as if he’s not the one who threw a freaking shoe! Just cause you got all those muscles doesn’t mean you’re a stronger man; it just means you need a bigger shirt, that’s all.

Briggs acted like a bufoon and fought like one too. You can see all the bawling and shouting is bluster and he's scared. Better to show some humility, that way getting completely thrashed doesnt appear as bad. As Bruce Lee said "showing off is a fools idea of glory".
