"Posession of burglary tools" is a bullshit charge. I carry "burglary tools" home from work every day. I hope the actual charge was conspiracy to commit burglary because ant labor workers' tool belt can be considered burglary tools.
When all these offenders realize that if they request unnecessary medial attention, they are responsible for the bill, lol not that they’ll pay it. Since laws state if they request it, it should be ordered to pay compensation as part of their sentence.
Those caps need to watch what they say. cuz telling somebody like a rookie can you shoot over there instead of thinking drive to the other side he might shoot at the guy in the 🌊
Mr Huff case - we call that cuckooing. Moving into a vulnerable person's place without permission and just basically squatting while they are still home, using their stuff and (usually) doing other crime on the side. The vulnerable person can't or won't evict or throw out the cuckoo especially if they're confused or don't speak, the cuckoo can just be like "nope I'm here with permission" and get away with it.
@@zeroheat5787 You have TWO after THREE weeks lmfaoo your nobody to hate on buddy 😆..and everyone uses emoji lame-o..who uses that garbage bad boys line and thought it was funny lol
Well, if I want the paps should not tell somebody. They don't break their arm.And he said at numerous times that cop should be discharged and put in jail for assault. There's no treatment like that and the cops got a bad problem about. That's why everybody fight to measure
They arrested him for having burglary tools? Last I checked having a sledge hammer and broken glass is not a crime that arrest was unlawful even if it was meant for Burgerly as simply just having those tools is not a crime
So aggravating seeing these toddlers not in carseats...going through all that danger and then what happened if they did a pit remover? Horrible parents
I- Ma'am. She Kidnapped those kids- She's not a parent- Of course they weren't in car seats- She probably yoiked them from somewhere, because all they said was she was charged for 3 Counts of Kidnapping, not stealing a car, so, that's her car, but not her kids- Someone else's kids- She didn't care if the kids were safe because they aren't hers-💀
you sound like Jay Baruchel if he had a whole other Jay Baruchel up his nose and in his sinuses, was holding his nose shut, and doing a Jay Baruchel impression.
@@Fran_Glass From what I've seen my Brothers use, if they use a pipe, it's made out of other stuff, like, often they'll just use a Tobacco pipe, mainly because it looks less like you're smoking meth when it's found and it's harder to break. But, people in general don't use pipes for weed, they might use something that looks like a cigarette or they'll just use paper to make a blunt or even a bong. Blunts and fake cigarettes are most common though. Because, it just looks less bad when you're caught with it. Lol
So who was the lady in the first clip? Was she the mother of the kids or a random person? This video is missing a lot of information that could have made it a good video.
So the dog hit on burglary tools 😑 Be fr. They just say whatever tf they want. Act like the dog hit on drugs so they could then search the car and lock him up for burglary tools. I’m not defending the guy breaking into peoples stuff it’s just the way they went about it was bullshit.
God damn do you content farms suck. The thumbnail is RU-vidr named Shoenice and he wasn’t in the video at all, let alone DUI. And maybe check your captions before posting. I know, it takes extra time for you to churn out content.
That last clip was a bit disturbing bc hearing the cop constantly threaten to brake sum1s arm bc they wouldn't drop a drug pipe is a bit extreme. The things that these cops say & do while knowing they're being recorded is truly telling to how corrupt the system is. in it of itself.
It's not. They are allowed to use that kind of force. It technically wasn't a threat, it was a warning that if they had to rip the pipe out of his hand while he's resisting, he has a 50/50 chance of having his arm broken. With how stiff the guy was and how much force they had to apply to get him cuffs, because that's their job, they guy is at risk of injury and it would be the guys fault for resisting so much. Now, yes, there are corrupt cops, but, corrupt cops are normally spotted by seeing excessive force applied to someone who wasn't resisting. Resisting is the number 1 way to get "threats" and injured, because they are required and normally allowed to apply force to get someone in cuffs and to let go of something. The fact that he didn't actually break his arm means it was either A) and empty threat or B) a warning that it could happen while they try to take it by force. Not knowing the difference between real corrupt cops and proper cops doing their job how they're supposed to is how we have people treating all cops as abusive people abusing their power and the people they arrest when it's not as common as the news and social media make it out to be. Bad things being covered is more Popular than Good things. I can tell you for a fact that the multiple cities I've lived in and all the cops I've seen and interacted with, they're nice people, they're not corrupt and my Dad has been in way more cities than i have and he's never met a corrupt cop either, all were nice and we've met a lot because of my druggy and alcoholic Mom and psycho older Brothers. Drug Addicts and Drunk people are aggressive and resist like crazy and even assault Officers who are doing their job, which means they are required to use "excessive" force to keep themselves and others around them safe from the person they're trying to arrest. Watch more videos similar to this one, especially about drunk and druggy people. It's practically all the same. It's not Corrupt or Abusive. It's just how they're trained, that's why they have to be so strong and fast when they have to arrest people like that a lot.
@@yeet6362 he literally said that he was going to brake his wrist multiple times with the subconscious decision to do so with malicious intent & no mercy . I get that they be under a lot of strees which leads to lil to no patience, but that doesn't exuse that type of behavior & mindset.. The man was in cuffs holding a glass pipe. His actions came from a personal place not the law @ that point. Big difference
@@stephaniewilliams1764 He had one cuff on when he was "threatened" to let go and he said Arm, not Wrist. The fact that he didn't follow through with that "threat" means he does show mercy and doesn't have malice intent. His "threat" at that point was an attempt to make him willingly let go. If we go with this argument that "he did it to be cruel", then you could say that about any cop that Tasses. Pepper Sprays, or Forces someone onto the ground. Because "what if someone has an allergy to Pepper Spray" or "what if someone has a heart condition that gets triggered by the Taser", If they knew, then yes, if they didn't know, then no. Words like that with action means horrible cop. Words like that without action, none-malicious intent. Because your argument is also if the guy got tased or pepper sprayed or thrown to the ground while cuffed, it would be a corrupt cop, but it's simply not true, because resisting is what causes that action, even while cuffed, thrashing around, refusing to go with them, continuing to try and get away or biting or spitting or kicking at officers, it's warrants any of those actions and same goes for not letting go of the pipe. He didn't break his arm, it's an empty threat that's legal because it was just a means in hope he would let go. The fact that in the end, they chose to pry his hand open to get it out instead of ever tasing him, pepper spraying him and never causing him physical harm means they're all good cops, even the one who's "being malicious and corrupt", because he still chose the passive route with all of them. You don't know the difference at all. You just assume a frustrated cop is a corrupt monster. Again. He never harmed the man, so he isn't. Were his words exactly appropriate? Maybe not. But he clearly isn't a horrible person like you want to pretend he is and that's honestly worse.
