They impound vehicles with expired registration on public streets despite the fact the tax had to have been paid on the car otherwise it wouldn't even have tags to begin with while theyre parked on the streets we also pay taxes for and own and theyre taken by people we also pay taxes too and fund. All so they can then extort even more money out of people for things that shouldnt even be a citable offense in the first place.
In the clip where they tow the vehicle, I have used discretion and let many of trivial violations such as this go. This is the type of officer that is just looking to have a confrontation so that they could possibly make an arrest. I'm a retired police chief and I don't comprehend officers that try to keep broadening the gap with citizens. There are several ways they could have handled this without taking the vehicle which is going to cost the man money he probably doesn't have.
It looks as though the feller in the opening sequence has a beerbelly. Shameful. That reflects unproductive and degenerate use of evening leisure time, which in turn reflects a mediocre character.
In America, I still can't understand how cops, nowadays, haven't learned this lesson. Until they get rid of "qualified immunity"...the police can interpret the law, however they wish.
Accurate. They’re basically feelings enforcers. One of the problems is they won’t allow people with a higher IQ to be a cop. They claim it’s because the people with a higher IQ will get board and quit. Just google it, it’s for real and disappointing
