All of these cops were caught because most of them now wear cameras, otherwise they would’ve just lied and got away with everything. Just imagine how many innocent people are in jail because of cops like these.
These videos really gets my blood pressure boiling, as I use to be a cop, and the reason that I quit was because so many of my colleagues were physically & pshychologically abusive, pathological liars, and many of them criminals. That was over 48 years ago, and these incidents are traumatizing and upsetting, as they were in the day. I fully understand why few people trust cops.....they ruin it for the good one's.
To the officer who wrote " He said he quit do to so many crimanal police officers " I have to this is the Reason my family Refuses to go to the UNITED STATES OF AMARICA, This is why the USA is dangerly fallen apart, they even attack other police, this is absulootly out of control Border to Border coast to coast there are so many damgerous out of control police i just cant truly beleave Civil war has not broken out. I just spent the last 2 years watching bad cops its so so out of control in the usa. I absulooty understand why you quit. All i see is real danger to anyone who interacts with police in the united states of amarica . Sure hope theu are all removed from being so Damgerous to the general public
@@mojorisin8368you commented on this video that this channel is a disgrace and now you still want to stay here and waste your time? Have fun hating on people for no reason🤣
@@user-xu2ni1rl1s no he probably thinks we are in the mortal coil between heaven and hell, which is prone to be a mixture of both. Cut your pessimism down a notch if you don't have the wisdom to justify it.
End qualified immunity, get rid of internal affairs, put a panel of citizens not cops to do reviews of misconduct hold officers financially responsible , and also the FOP NOT THE TAXPAYERS
I APPLAUD the cops that HOLD the other officers they arrest accountable regardless of the harrassment they might have been subjected to from fellow officers. THEY and THEY al9ne deserve and have my upmost respect.
@@MatthewHensley8304They shouldn't be suing the NYPD, they should be suing the officer, since he was off duty, which makes him another civilian. That's like saying you can sue McDonald's, whenever one of their employees does something off the clock.
11:20 officer number 2 there's just something about watching an officer of the law going thru a field sobriety test and epically failing. That's hilarious to watch happen 😂.
anywhere in the world you blow into the device, you get the result and you are either under the limit or you get arrested. I don't understand these circuses of standing on one leg and shining a flashlight into your eyes, after all, these tests take a lot of time and the police are prone to errors. Wouldn't it be easier to equip police officers with breathalyzers and put an end to these circuses?
There actually aren't that many. Good cops doing their jobs right just isn't news. It's kind of like how Florida Man became a thing. Florida has a law that makes all government proceedings including court proceedings public record. Because unlike other states, literally anyone can go combing through all the craziest crimes that happen there, news agencies all over the country can just pull some crazy crime stories from Florida to fill the time on slow news days, making Florida seem absolutely insane.
@@CaptainDCapExactly. Now we have the "feelings" police. They just pull people over and treat them like shi* depending on the day they're having, or the amount of arrests they need to advance and get kickbacks. It's certainly not about taking bad people off the street anymore...
The US is huge; you're going to see more bad cops there, but I don't know how much worse (or better) it is percentage-wise, and I'd be willing to bet that you don't either. Still a good question, though.
Probably because they’re over worked under paid and deal with crazy shit all day every day plus their normal family drama. Not making excuses buttt I can’t imagine the stress they go through and constantly being on their toes being shit on from all the craziness in America right now.
Legally if you’re not under arrest you cannot be charged with resisting it! Detained does not infer obedience or compliance! The whole thing is a money spin!
This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. These illegal businesses use our tax payer equipment, desks, lights, telephones, cop man power and in many cases double bill the city and bill the paying customer that needs the private security services. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! The Chief of police needs a bad cop to work an illegal private security business. It's a kind of brotherhood. " Hay bro we have something on each other", a mutual agreement. Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. An alcoholic cop may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you? The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with corrupt judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol and not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. Many of these guys are void of empathy and murder people without a second thought. We the People need to enforce the Constitutional Law.
Every officer found to be in violation of law should have their credentials (to be a police officer) revoked, any police officer found to be in violation of policy should have a 6 month ban from working with the public, 3 policy violations and credentials (to be a police officer) revoked, WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY to regain said credentials...
they would run out of cops if that were the case... theres a reason people say ACAB they would literally be desperate for recruits if you couldnt just apply to a different PD and if they disciplined ALL wrongdoing there would be no more cops left.. period.
#1 would be a long time recovering from the courts charges of brandishing and threats. I'd be going to have his certification pulled. All of them need to be barred from any government jobs and prohibited from all firearms
Spycraft like camera pens are made in China, and sold in security shops. There's a store in Belmont, NC that sells such items... You can search the directory if you cannot locate a shop in your state. They'll probably ship by mail.
With some of these people it's obvious that they believed once they joined the police they were above certain laws, and abused that as much as they could. Sadly, there are probably precincts where they do let them get away with DUI and other things. That's why body cams and dash cams need to be sent to the clouds of at least two private companies, so they can't destroy the footage easily.
Thanks for a great video. Love your channel and input. 13:24 , that car looked to me it had stopped when the cop hit it. He said the car slammed his breaks in front of him. Absolutely shouldn't have that attitude just because someone honked
18:23 I started to poo myself with laughter 😂, he hit his lights to signal the cop behind him that it is ok he is a cop as well. Then drove off. Omg 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Umm no policeman, you pull over and stop! Do not hit your lights for me I already have mine on you, now you pull over for my traffic stop. Other cop, nope bye 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Isn't it odd how... anyone can be tazed while in shocking pain being told to "stop resisting"... Isn't it odd that a cop can claim "Lawful orders to obey" with no clear or concise evidence/breakdown that the order given by that officer was lawful? Isn't it sad that people who side with cops blindly are as big of a problem to society as the life ruining charges this cops put on average citizens? Most whom can't afford to to spend time & money to sue to get some rectifying justice for public servants harassment.. what a scam dude - talk in circles & act like the world is wrong until in handcuffs. Gross misuse of authority.
Obstruction is a physical act. They had his wallet and went through everything in it, including his ID. Then defamation with the other LEO'S. Policing in America is getting worse and worse. END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!!!
Ik the female officer in the second clip said she couldn’t treat the deputy any different to anyone else n that’s how it should but come on they went easy asf on her. Any normal civilian there wouldn’t be none of this back and forth and they would have just cut the bs and done the sobriety test right away, funny how she kept saying she was giving her every chance lol
That counselor that got pulled over for no seatbelt got done dirty. He was super cooperative and even had his seatbelt on but got a gun pulled on him and handcuffed for no reason. I'm glad he kept his cool and just sued the hell out of the police department
@ 14:41 it's 100% illegal for a police officer to hop on the radio and immediately put fault on the other driver because he's not allowed to participate or be involved in theinvestigate his own accident that is an extreme gross conflict of interest and he instantly gets on the radio putting all the blame on the other driver he's instantly already completed the accident investigation of his own car accident without even getting out of the patrol car 14:41
I thought the same thing too, watching his slow turn, as if to say "ok, you feel better now?" To be honest though, I think more logically what had happened was, because of the distance the barbs had to travel to reach him they didnt have enough force to penetrate his baggy shirt. Cause if you watch the second time the officer engages the current, the guy not only had ahold of a barb trying to remove it from the shir, but the way he rotated cause the slack of the cable to wrap around his bare arm. Just a thought but I'm not 100% sure.
That cop at the hotel was truly a fool. He demands a suspect description, gets it, and then fully ignores the description twice and lets the guy go. Stupidity at its finest. Glad he's fired.
It's not AI. He mispronounced Pinellas County several times, & differently from each other. Even after hearing the officer state several times that she was a Pinellas County Sheriff
Again the US should think about having breathalyzer Alcohol test devices in their cars. In Germany they do in any police car as same as drug wipe tests.
I'm from Canada and worked in Arkansas and Texarkana in 2000 - 2001 the racism there broke my heart I will never ever go back there again 😢 we would go to restaurants with other workers and we were treated so different it was appalling, meal sizes and the manners of employees was disgusting
IowaIt's very sicken how the officer said he want to go home to his family. So do all the ones that was kill by police officers hands😢 the manager said the person was white, but he chose 2 blacks?😢 THAT SPEAK FOR IT SELF, HOW SOME POLICE ROLL!😢
It worked in the 70s. Even if you weren't a cop. My dad was a cop and my uncle (dad's brother) crashed into a parked car. He walked after dad talked to the police. That's how it worked in the big city I'm from. I used dad many times. Anytime I got pulled over, I also walked. Never got a ticket in that city. I'd let the cop talk without interrupting him. When he was done, I'd say "my dad's a cop if that will help." It ALWAYS helped.
I had an encounter with a drunk cop once. I was going to the bank at like 3 AM after getting off my shift as a pizza delivery driver to deposit my tips at the ATM. There's a police station across the street from my bank, and as I'm leaving the bank a cop car comes out of the police station, puts on their lights and pulls me over. Lady cop around late 40s to early 50s gets out and kinda stumbles up to my window. When she gets there, I can smell whiskey on her breath. She spent like 10 minutes hitting on me and trying to get my phone number before admitting she had no reason to pull me over and letting me go. Never even asked for my license and registration. Called the department the next day to report her, turns out she was already under investigation for a similar incident. Internal Affairs apparently was already in the process of firing her, they were just combing through her history to see if they needed to file any major criminal charges at the same time. They thanked me for giving them a specific time and date to pull dash cam footage from.
Exactly! Every single one, no sources on his part either. All regurgitated information more then likely from other channels where they do a whole background and give sources. One of those Audit channels.
I really enjoy your videos because you show us the end results. Need to have that part because I need to get my blood pressure back down to normal. Would say lol but these incidents are grossly unfunny. Thankyou
I need to quit watching this stuff. As good as it is… Because it does two things to me. It distresses & depresses me completely that there are officers out there that are so horribly criminal. Also, because it enrages me towards these undeserved authority figures that somehow have achieved authority over average citizens. Good stuff though.
That poor man who was literally in the car park of his work getting on his bike to go home who got tased & arrested for NOTHING (Cop couldn’t even think of a reason that was a lie, that says it all!!)…. As violent, traumatic & downright disgraceful as that arrest was; I cant stop wondering if it wasn’t for a colleague coming out saying “what did he do?” near the end, how much worse it could’ve been?! You can tell in the Cops voice, he started being more cautious after he realised the other man must’ve been a Colleague as he said “cause he literally just finished work”. Why ANY Cop would WANT to make things worse & less cooperative & trusting with the public never ceases to amaze & disturb me… but that’s just it, NO genuine Officer EVER wants that!! We’ve seen people get pulled over & arrested for warrants but when the Officer is empathetic, lawful & respectful, most people respond with the same… BIGGEST reason I believe there’s so much corruption is cause the ones who get caught often get no punishment worth a damn & get to keep their jobs!! Taking away consequences takes away the fear of consequences. Take that away & nothing good can come from it…. & it’s making less people want to work in that field too 😓😓
Dude walks up to a guy holding a pen, pulls a gun and claims the guy was threatening with a pen he was simply hold the entire time before he even showed up. ...and, he's a cop? 🥴 Edited to add: This reminds me of a high school friend's father that was unlived by police for sitting on his own porch, shinned a flashlight at the police while they sneaked up in the dark. The police had no reason to be there in the first place, yet they were never charged. In a town of about 5,000 with very little crime, I might add.
