Request their oath of office and bond with witnesses and a notary signature, give them 10 days to present it, if they dont present it, file a notice of default and affidavit of treason as they did not act for the state, qualified immunity is lost and for the purpose of that case, they are civilians who injured you. 42 usc 1983
"We have the hardest job in the nation." Oh, please. Just spend a few hours working on a farm, commercial fishing boat, or a construction site some day.
Fr!! Plus they seem like they like the perks and power so what are they complaining about, they walk the streets with all the weapons and backup they need, most people have to walk it by themselves or with few people and with little to no weapons and dont get let off as easy when things get heated and out of control, lots of people have very dangerous jobs too. I get they actually have to bug the dangerous people while citizens usually dont so its less likely for a dangerous interaction but its rare that it ever gets truly dangerous for them and if you find that too much you prob shouldnt be a cop.
Found the NPC so here's a little fun fact 4 states actually did do that They removed it And wow guess what to nobody's surprise with an IQ higher than room temp it absolutely changed NOTHING in how cops act Almost as if oh idk QI isn't the problem?
Er.... no, any cop that witnesses a cop braking the law and does nothing about it needs to be changed. Witnessing a crime can not be a crime, but failing to intervene is a crime.
@@-Untitled-I think they meant by the witness cop not telling the true story and backing the bad cop with a false report or smt But tbh every witness cop should always do the right by stopping the cop immediately and instantly ask questions and them taking the arrest instead of the bad cop.
if a cop was known for assulting someone like romer did before, for what the lawer is waiting still? he should be immediatly be charged and suspended from his job. cops like these have no controll about their personell feelings and are not made for this job bc they missuse their power. get them out from this job!
funny same thing can be said about criminals/rioters/ and all other forms of bad behavior yet it's ok for a mother of a murder to come on tv and say it's not their fault, their kid is a great loving person and would never do anything bad.
@@battletitan77that's mighty white of you sir. The ol they deserve it because they're not a good person speech. Nobody has the right to take somebody out, especially when their lives aren't in danger.

I can't even imagine what silly pretext those cops would use at the hospital attacking a man for being a patient at a hospital...I mean, that's absolutely criminal behavior on their part!
The protected species get unrealistic expectations placed upon them so they are bound for failure, then no consiquence? Notwell, surely can do better than this!
This is why I am a law student full-time to help defend the rights of human's, family law, and the innocent project. 1. The decease was wrong to pull off 2. He never pulled his weapon 3. It was not disclosed if he was licensed to carry or not 4. The woman officer was respectful and did her best 5. That cop was a killer with a badge, period. 6. He should of got life in prison. The cop who beat that man was evil and his partners. He shot a man 12 times from behind??? These cops are sickening and give officers a horrible image for sure! Thank you for sharing... I love your channel❤
Any time a cops are caught in a lie they should be fired immediately, they have lost all trust to believe in the future. There should be NO qualified immunity. This chief trying and failing to protect the thugs working under him should be fired also.
i live in W VA and so lucky to have 5 cops that go above and beyond their duty to help.GOD bless these cops. i think the world of them , the rest of them👹
The only solution is to return the favor all i see are so called thugs and wanna be gangsters not doing a thing except killing their own culture daily but when these racist cops show up the whole crew turns into a bunch of bellhop negros and acquire manners and yes sir this and yes sir that WTF?? maybe one day hopefully soon there will a resurrection of the black panther party remember these brave brothers and sisters unafraid to die for the cause? You never saw them killing each other man up
Any cop that says he is sorry for wrongdoing in a courtroom is only trying to get a lesser sentence. None of them has any true remorse for their actions.
@@B_COOPER Are you real? Of course it can. It can even get the sentence suspended, what world do you live in that you don't think that happens? I suggest doing some research before you make statements that you present as fact.
@@B_COOPER, did you go to law school, by chance? Well, I did. One of the first things you look for in a client is true remorse and use it to lessen a sentence. Absolutely, remorse does keep a sentence lower than the maximum; mitigating circumstances and remorse are taken into consideration with regards to sentencing... unless it's a crime with mandatory sentencing guidelines.
😂😂😂😂 could be the dumbest comment on RU-vid this month and there are millions of them Carjackers, thief’s, robbers, murders, etc are sorry and have remorse in a courtroom.
The video of a young man who was a patient that was released from the hospital only to be questioned and brutalized by officers, is especially heartbreaking. It makes me physically sick to see such ìnjustices. Unfortunately with some officers, that badge goes to their head, making them think they are above the law. Then good officers are left to suffer the backlash. Speaking to all officers, if you see something that doesn't look right, report it! It is your responsibility as a human being to make sure that those who abuse power, lose it. If you don't report it you are just as culpable.
Look all you " I don't know what this is " people, it's called white supremacy and every single one of you know exactly what it is. You people always try to pretend and that is what you are doing, PRETENDING. SUCH A EVIL FUNNY PEOPLE.
I am sure that you are right about plenty of said people but this video shows that at least 5 prosecutors are not complicit in the crimes committed by these cops.
you could be quietly minding your own business waiting to get picked up from the hospital and then these thugs just come out of nowhere and assault and kidnap you.
@@reapperrodriguez8786if a random person tased a woman they would get way more time than the cop but a PREGNANT woman at that they would get no lower than 15 years

He is a cruel and vicious predator. The cop caused this man to come close to death. Hi sentence was ridiculously low. That knee to the stomach was not an accident
And they love it too, they were shit heels as adolescents and as adults they continue their melee under the disguise of a uniform with history of being terrorists towards minorities.

Why when a cop or politician commits a crime they don't stack on bogus charges the way they do to citizens to ensure a guilty verdict and to give them as much prison time as possible. Cop,s and politicians should get extra prison time .
" most dangerous job huh?" Try climbing up that thin ass ladder to change that little red light..😂😂😂 shhhhit.. nobody has to work these "dangerous jobs", but somebody gonna do it. 😂😂😂😂 Owell
When the pigs break the law they should automatically get three times the maximum sentence. In the case of murder or manslaughter they should automatically be given the death penalty.
It all starts with a hyped up panicy policeofficer, those guys in the first vehicle almost had no choice but to flee when that lady yelled in sheer panic at them ordering 50 things at once.
Police having the hardest job was the best laugh I got all day! Tell that to saturation divers, sky scraper construction, working on oil rigs, etc... Hell I'm just a regular construction worker and i guarantee my job is harder than a cops!
Show them how its done then. And yet next to no scenarios in your job call for defending yourself or apprehending dangerous criminals. Oh yeah pounding nails all day with a fully automatic nailer ( not a semi auto) is REAL hard. Come to my valley and work in the fields in the summer in 110 degree heat then talk about how hard your job is.
@joerivas9847 I work mostly on industrial buildings (minimum of 5 stories in 105° with 100% humidity in south Carolina carrying around hundreds of lbs in materials hundreds of feet in the air with next to no safety equipment. I feel you my friend. I would take working in a field in dry heat or passing out speeding tickets any day. I debated on law enforcement, but I'm not willing to take that much of a pay cut. The reason construction pays more is because of the hard work and danger.
@joerivas9847 look up the death rates on OSHA. There were around 130 law enforcement deaths in the line of duty ( counting violence AND accidents) compared to 1,008 in site construction deaths in the same year. We work hundreds of feet in the air with next to no safety equipment and dealing with 220 minimum wiring the electrical ( the death number from OSHA doesn't even count electrical deaths in with the construction so that number is even higher). According to FBI data, the vast majority of law enforcement go their entire careers without ever firing their weapon in the line of duty. 98% of law enforcement have to deal with DUI's, speeders, domestics, and child molesters. The only dangerous place for law enforcement is in Democrat run citys. The death rates more than speaks for themselves, construction has almost 7x's the number of deaths of law enforcement.
Ive experienced crooked off duty cops and it sucks. Ruined my outlook on the justice system as a whole. I feel for the brotha that got punched in the hospital.
I mean havent you experienced normal cops like 100x more than that? If you saw one Mexican dude steal from a 7/11 do you feel different about their race after?? Just be calm, report these scumbags, and make policing better. If they dont fire the dude, at least you tried.
he only apologized because he got found guilty, and he thought his pleas would fall on the judges ear, i am glad the judge gave him 51 months the dirty cop.
I can tell you from my cousin who did time in the feds. He told me about this cop who was in for assaulting a black man in Virginia during a traffic stop. So of course they put him in a room with 11 other black Muslims lmao. He bitched out and asked to be placed in protective custody just before they found out what he was in for.
as a former L.E.O. bad law enforcement officers increase the the danger on GOOD L.E.O.'S. they are the worst. i've wondered so many times in my past career how in the world did they hire this person. smgdh.
Why aren't police, doesn't matter if it's local to federal, red flagged nationwide if they're fired from one department and just go a couple counties over or relocate to a different state? Maybe that should be an Amendment 🤔
I disagree, cause then there'd be no officers....and our streets would turn into Haiti, ran by gangs or the Cartel who are more ruthless than the cops. These videos make people seem all cops are bad rotten apples, but no, most do their jobs properly.
No kidding! 10 cars pull up to every "incident" and they all pull that shit where they pile on top of them and put their knee in their necks AND 5 of them hit the victim at the same time. It's a wonder their aren't more killer cops out there if there are enough to supply neverending evil video footage
I have long since had it with these murdering cowards. 4 years ago, a police officer in Detroit shot a 9 month old baby to death in his crib. The officer "I feared for my safety" There were no charges.
Some lawyers working on behalf of the police make huge, ridiculous mistakes. Diseases start when you cant have self-control vouch for your patience threshold.
Really he saved lives that night. Really. Exactly who did he save and a more disturbing question is Exactly where did those bullets he fired actually end up. We know at least 2 into heads but where did the others land.
Very good point. I think they said that he fired off 2 rounds each time he got close enough so that means he could have easily struck an innocent person when it was dark and he shot without being able to assess the level of risk so clearly he didn’t save lives, he put the lives of the people he swore to serve and protect. You would think he would have learned after pumping 12, TWELVE friggin bullets into the father of 3-4 children. You would think that would have effected him enough to at the very least want to never do it again.
