Dammn that office interviewing Morgan at the scene is GOOD. He asked the questions I would normally ask my psychiatric patients, except he did it at the scene when everything was chaotic and disorganized...that was a lot of skill. Well done.
THAT AND...Did anyone else go...UH OH WATCH OUT!...HERE IT COMES! ...Working on the Insanity Plea! Yea, I've noticed a lot more lately, this being an instant early-on strategy being anywhere tweenst the 911 call - the interrogation. I've not watched entirety but, omgosh the wailing! What sounds!🙏☝😇 to victim & family
I’ve had some bad encounters with some psycho ex’s. I had to move all the way across the country to get away from a stalker. It’s sad to see what people have to go through.
These men need to realize that they deserve so much better than a woman who beats on them "because they love them so much". Being a man who may be bigger than them and stronger than them does not mean that you just have to take it. Walk away. There is a good woman out there waiting for you who will treat them just as good as they treat her.
That one dude was WAY too concerned about the children. That cop should’ve picked up on that, maybe asked for his name checked his ID. You know, cop type sh1t!!!
The one that shot at a car should have been charged with attempted murder! She’s dangerous as hell and I wouldn’t trust her to not try again! POS!! These people are entitled and no one bothered to teach them that you don’t get your way and can be held accountable! Y’all have to stop making your kids feel like they’re better and don’t have to adhere to the rules like we do!!
Poor baby used to getting everything you want...poor choices now. See mothers , spoil your children this is what you get . You might be next if you dont do what they say. 😮😮😮
Omg I was right 2:37 listen to what she says 2:39 she 100% killed him out of rage, she must’ve saw something that made her livid and did what she did…..😢and she even has the nerve to ask for daddy omg grow up
I think it would be helpful if some police force put out a short video: defining exactly what resisting means; clarifying whether they can or cannot "touch" you; explaining the purpose of handcuffs and that they actually are supposed to hurt - YOU ARE ARRESTED1; stating that if you are over the age of 18 you are not entitled to have your mommy or daddy present; showing that if you thrust a weapon of ANY sort at an officer, whether it is a toy or not, you risk getting shot; showing that the reason you cannot breathe is because you are anxious or out of breath (if you have just escaped from the officer), you are not dying - and if you are speaking you have enough air. It should be shown in all classrooms and on a screen when you are in jail. Something needs to be done to educate all these whiners and thugs.
See how accommodating the officers were with Zehra? She stayed calm and respectful and even though they are normally extremely hard about child endangerment, she's a mother and shot at another mother and child for goodness sake, they were very reasonable when confronted with a calm and respectful suspect and her calm and respectful mother.
Is it concerning that the Zara person knows the prefixes of the jail phones????? Then discusses lawyers with her Mom and identifies the only lawyer that she trusts????? Scary.
25:18 if she has an autistic daughter that makes her actions even worse! Yelling and screaming, and carrying on like that probably on the regular. I don’t know what else to say.🤦♂️
It's funny how people think that the police don't have a right to enter their home without premission or a warrant. Yes they can. Lol. If they think there is a victim inside with the abuser or abusers then yes, they can and will go into your home. She's like "I didn't open the door for you" ya well you are lucky that they didn't break the door down😂 Also, in some places she is correct. The police can't enter without a warrant UNLESS they think someone is k8lled or murdered. Like in some places they won't even go inside. They will wait outside or send a robot inside so they aren't putting police in harm's way... But yes in some cities the police have to have a warrant but in most places they DON'T need one 😂
not how that works, there are plenty of situations where a person can be suffocating and still be able to speak up unto the final breath. biology is weird and scary.
@@395joe8 no...not always. as i said, biology is a lot more complicated. it doesn't take much air to activate the vocal cords and create sound. and it is completely possible to be in the middle of suffocation while still being capable of speech. google is free my guy.
I agree, but it's hard raising kids now the outside influence has morphed×3 with the internet and their addictions to electronics especially the phone😢
Very true. Kids are so thin skinned now and they are being taught to be like that. God forbid we hurt someone’s feelings. Now everyone is too scared to tell the truth for fear of hurting someone’s feelings.
crazy lady in the colorado sweatshirt has a pretty dope little typewriter on that coffee table. id love to see the poetic bliss encapsulated within that paper
She chose to get up close and personal in the cop's face, so they reciprocated and cuffed her. If she was so worried about the kids, why would she act like a screeching, screaming, belligerent a-hole? What a garbage person
In the first case the perpetrator seems to be describing night terrors/sleep paralysis. So she may not be bullshitting. That doesnt mean she's not a danger and probably needs prison to keep us all safe. Going for an insanity plea wasn't a good idea since sleep disorders aren't in themselves a mental health condition, but may be exacerbated by one.
Geez, so glad I don't have any ex's like that. lol We were kids tho. I met hubby at 16 so 44 years later if something happens to him. I will never enter the dating scene. Too many weirdo's out there. He says the same thing. lol
Oh, this happens all the time, officer. He walked in the door all murdered n stuff...like 3 times just this week already. He keeps getting his blood all over me !😭😱😥
One thing I really dislike is just because you stay with an abuser then even call the cops on them but you still want the cops to not DO ANYTHING to them and I do understand being in an abusive situation I was to at 16 and I left for good after he left marks on my 18 month old! I’d told him I’d leave and I don’t think he believed me but Once was the only time an i made sure it wasn’t going to happen again!
What is it with these women claiming past abuse as an excuse for resisting? Also, the women with the 3 kids-she claimed SA from a cop her entire life, autism, ra, lupus…did I miss anything? Oh yeah narcissism.
Damn.. imagine how many more crazy abusive women we *DON’T* hear about because men don’t wanna feel embarrassed to admit they’re being abused so they don’t ever report it. Like it’s crazy what some women will go to just to convince a man not to leave or whatever. Men.. be careful who you choose to sleep with is all I gotta say 😅
I don't know if exigent circumstances would hold up in court on this one because there was no physical contact there was no threat of anybody being harmed and there was no one harmed. So exigent might not hold up in a court of law.
“What did I do?” The absolute disregard for any life than their own. Just peeling so swiftly in a residential area. Girl. Girl. There could’ve been children, pets, people in that fucking road she wouldn’t have known or cared. She didn’t care about the people around her, in front of her, or behind her. That is dangerous. Dangerous people who have no empathy for others are sickening
I've never been arrested for anything but I have had a few minor traffic stops. I have found that if you cooperate with the police, do everything they ask without hesitation, and be honest they are much kinder and more lenient for the most part. They are just doing their job, give them respect and most will give it back
Thank you Officers. The last young woman needed a hard lesson. Don’t go where you and not wanted and don’t speed away from Police and run stop signs.🤷🏼♀️
Jeez, how many fast food cups can one kitchen hold? I wonder if the first girl is really having episodes or if she's lying to try for an insanity plea?
Samantha was going through cell phone withdrawals as soon as she was cuffed. She couldn’t keep her hands off her phone typing or whatever the whole time.
The cops continue to let the man get beat day after day, even when shown the video of her beating him, the cops says he only saw the camera shake. It's not okay for women to beat men!!
@princessjagdeeppanesar5283 my husband lived this nightmare with his first wife. Even domestic violence services was cold to him at first and tried to avoid helping him.
@itsjodiewho I'm so sorry your husband went through that. The police officers shouldn't judge and take sides like that. I hope your husband is doing better now. The police officers need to do their job properly.
As crazy as the first woman was I agree with her. The X didn’t accuse her of battery so what gave the police the right to invade her home, search her house or put her in handcuffs? They could’ve retrieved his things without making it an emergency of some sort. It seems to me to be more of a civil case opposed to criminal. I’m sure if she stayed calm things would’ve gone differently for her but being obnoxious isn’t an excuse for losing your 4th amendment right. And how can you be charged with resisting arrest when no arrest was warranted in the first place?
Post natal psychosis? No woman with a baby would stab her partner like that unless something was wrong but she talks too much for someone who is so confused and suffering from this condition. You would expect her to be more confused and shut down not going into talking about work. If you are not sure it is real why act on the hallucination? Better safe than sorry. A stabbing frenzy is personal.
to some extent yes, but the brain is very very powerful when it comes to tricking you into believing and doing things you wouldn't normally do especially in cases of mental health. Its hard to believe a mother would kill her own child, but it unfortunately happens and some mothers even claim it was an act of protecting them from the evils of the world. The brain is such a powerful and dangerous organ. Clearly she's mentally disturbed enough to do something like this, anyone who can do something like this definitely has a loose wire. But the way she talks about work and her mental disturbances together could easily lead someone to believe that she took experiences from her patients and used them as an insanity plea. Who knows what her intentions were? at the end of the day, like what you said about if you aren't sure its real don't act, it takes accountability from the person suffering to go in a get help so they can cope and lessen the risks of them harming themselves or others because of their mental health.
From 31:48 to 38:58 Look at the sun shining in the background ⁉️⁉️ it looks like someone’s hand made into a ball with the middle finger up and thumb on the side sticking out. LOL
14:51 she's a loud mouth but she is correct, a cop cannot just enter without a warrant, they are in fact trespassing and anything they arrest her for will get thrown out because it only occurred AFTER they broke the law. This channel attempted to state the new mexico law, but failed to take into account that A) walking into the house did not protect the officers, B) the victim was leaving the house, and C) the crime was Domestic Disturbance which means an argument so no evidence to be destroyed, that law doesn't come into play. Then they arrest her for "Resisting"...you can't charge someone for resisting unless you have already placed them under arrest and they try to stop you. These Cops are Bad Cops.
