Hey! lol, none of us gets to choose when we go through puberty and our voices change. Peter Brady taught us that if nothing else. Anyway he sounded like my grandmother's parakeet to me. It'd be cute if he weren't going to suffer behind it. Being unable to regulate your own emotions is always hard for whoever's experiencing it, but when it gets you consequences that you can't control and don't enjoy, and you STILL don't have regulation yet...it's an exceptional bummer. Seems like the adults in his life (at least in the video) do care about him, so I hope for the best for all of them.
For having her daughters back after she was unlawfully assaulted by a cop? You realize you cant just tackle a kid because she has an attitude right? That was an unjustified use of force. The fact you think the mother needs jail time? Holy sh. Go live in china or north korea with that mentality. This mother deserves a settlement with the city.
Are you an idiot? She should have her daughters back. The issue here is how she is having her daughters back. You shouldn't escalate a situation and you shouldn't legitimize what your child is doing if it is wrong.
I'm not a saint, I almost went to jail for assault, but it was a situation where I was confronting my friend's abusive boyfriend and when the police talked to me, I owned up to everything I did and cooperated. They didn't charge me at all, not even brought me in, but I can still hear the earful I got when I got home. If I did something like one of these kids? I'd meet the fury of my grandma's chankla, my father's hand and my mom's most powerful yelling. 😂

To be fair he's a 9 year old kid, I think it was uneccessary to hand cuff him. They definitely could have handled that better. Not saying the kid was in the right but the cops definetely weren't either just a bad decision on his part.
I blame the parents on that one, not the cop or the teachers. In order for it to get to that point the parents have seriously dropped the ball. He needed to be restrained somehow and the parents probably would have sued regardless. @@Xelbak_
@dalbeniw1 I'm just wondering if the teacher had bothered to try anything to calm him down prior to calling the police. Just seems like a very aggressive reaction to me. He's not a criminal he's just a kid throwing a tantrum, it happens. Gotta learn how to reign them in.

I agree whole heartedly. Some parents are quite.... 'Arrogant, or Ignorant' and this is what rubs off on their child. Also the fact she knows her mom would rather believe her than the video evidence
When I was kid, if I ever talked to my teacher like that, I would be picking up my teeth from the floor, because my Dad would never let me get away with it. That's the way it should be.

It's been awhile since I've wanted to slap someone as much as I want to slap her. I hate disrespect and her calling the cop a pervert bc she hid liquor in her crotch is enraging. Her mom is definitely to blame and needs jail time herself. She came in screaming as if she was there to witness her daughter being "abused". Clearly Delia is not someone who can be trusted to tell the truth and she knows Mom will back her up no matter how awful she is. She doesn't want to parent her kid and refuses to take responsibility for the child she "raised".

@@rossigrace5031 ah yes, if the parents didn't give in and actually did the job they chose to do ( have children and raise them ) the children wouldn't be so horrible. I had a Chinese Tiger Mom, someone who demanded that I behave, that I study hard and get good grades, and that I be respectful; or else. And she was always strict with me from the very beginning. And I was scared of her if truth be told. Because she wasn't reluctant to punish me if I didn't toe the line. My mom never graduated from HS, she was a single mom, and she had to work long and hard to make ends meet. So now I'm an 85 year old retired aerospace engineer who in turn raised 2 sons and a daughter; all of whom are successful and kind and trustworthy. I also took care of my mother as she became elderly and needed help herself. I can’t handle all these people using PTSD, or trauma, or mental illness as an excuse for criminal behavior. There are good people who genuinely suffer from those things, and it devalues their experience and takes away from the serious significance of those struggles.
No, you're tired of grown-ass men and women preying on children, leading them down a path of violence and substance abuse. Good AND bad people suffer, dude. Just because one person found the strength to make it out doesn't mean everyone will. I don't like people claiming mental illness is the reason for their shitty actions either, but at the end of the day, mental illness is a *huge* reason why people act out. Young children who were molested or raped often struggle with mood disorders, aggression, and substance abuse...you know, what people with PTSD often *also* struggle with. Veterans have some of the highest levels of alcoholism, for example. Edit: This isn't to say that these actions are acceptable. I'm saying that you people are incredibly quick to point fingers and blame blame blame away. It's hardly fair to blame the literal children for their actions when these outbursts are often the fault of others in the first place. Child psychology is seriously a complex subject. You can't base all misdoings on the actions of the average child since none of these children had an average childhood.
Remember, if you're a good parent, your children won't act like these ones do. I really am tired of people saying they're glad they aren't parents because they've seen what kids who were raised poorly act like. That shouldn't be your takeaway at all
