A few months ago I switched my shifts at work enabling me to mostly work nights to be home more to be present for the family. It's not perfect and does mean I need to sleep etc but at least I'm home to help and be on standby and work when the twins and Amy are asleep. It's not a perfect solution but it's making things easier for Amy and the boys so that's what matters most. This is a little short video of what happens when I have to do my day shifts! Hopefully it makes a bit of sense. Adam
