Bowser isn’t really involved at all like Reggie was. I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen him appear in anything other than the game awards accepting awards instead of the game developers that actually made the games.
I found this interview kinda lacking. I expected something completely different in my head but you guys asked a lot of like typical average Qs. We want entertainment. Something different than the usual Qs you could imagine. It felt very controlled. This was an interview I waited months for in my head imagining what it’d be like. Please don’t take this comment as disrespect. It’s just honesty
@@HisDishonorTheMayor no. Ask more about individual consoles and handhelds like 3ds, ask about his thoughts on games these days, ask his fav classics, ask questions you’d ask a friend. There’s so much potential. How could you ask 10 mother Qs???? Strange reply man
I thought it was a very good interview - they know what stuff he will and won’t answer, and there was lots of interesting tidbits in there about the way Nintendo works.
@@james441 Asking Reggie his favourite (insert thing here) is just about the most generic shallow set of questions you can ask anyone in any interview 🙄 Kit and Krysta's questions were far more engaging and insightful on Reggie'e actual career in Nintendo rather than playing 20 questions trivia with him.
Iwata must of told about his cancer to Reggie fils Aime in 2013, just before he knew he was going to die, it's basically Game Over for Satoru Iwata but he didn't really want to tell the public about it so he kept it a secret from many Nintendo fans, now it's sad without him and I still miss him in an gaming way.
Could someone give examples of old NES reviewers at the time of nostalgia. He mentions them but due to RU-vid search favouring newer videos its hard to find. Pat Contri is one that was mentioned (unfavourably) but are there more?
I'll be honest, I don't think I've ever heard who replaced Iwata and Reggie, but these two were very much the faces of Nintendo for so long and built such a great public standing for the company. The Switch is doing well, but Nintendo was electric during their era
Holy crap, Reggie’s not with Nintendo anymore? My childhoods just crumbling before my eyes lol I’m glad for Reggie tho. I honestly hope he does everything he wants in life and more and if Nintendo couldn’t help him do that, it’s probably for the best. We’re still gonna remember him as a Nintendo icon tho, love you Reggie :) we will all continue to put him in our tomodachi islands
Iwata died doing what he loved best, I find Reggie a little disingenuous here as he could have still continued doing things he loved while keeping his position. Basically he left Nintendo for more money
